Ch.21

Sorry for the late update, and I know it's short but I've been going through some stuff recently, I'll update again tomorrow.

Shizuos pov
Fuck it. I brake he door down, I see izaya curled up in the corner. "Izaya?" I can see blood start pooling around him.

I rush over to him to see blood coming from his arms. " Iza-" I stop as his arm drops and I see blood flowing form it. Shit!

He falls onto the floor with a loud thump, banging his head on the side of the sink, and becomes unresponsive. I shake him. "Izaya wake up! I'm sorry! I'm so sorry wake up please!"

I pick him up and call Shinra.

Izaya's pov

I wake up to a bright white light, I look around to see a heart monitor and wires everywhere, I try to get up but my hands and legs are restrained.

I start to panic and struggle against the restraints when a woman comes in, presumably a nurse.

"Mr.Orihara please calm down! you'll rip your stitches!" She says rushing over to me. "Where am I?" I ask.

"Your at a hospital Mr.orihara, how much do you remember?" She asks. I look down at myself, my arms are both bandaged, sos my neck and chest.

"U-uh, I'm confused, why am I here? I can't move" I say trying to move my arms.

"Pleas stop struggling sir, I'll get them off you now so please stop moving" she says unlocking the restraints.

I lift my arms up and hold them close to me. " u-uh, I can't remember much clearly..." I tell her.

"does the name Heiwajima Shizuo ring any bells?" She asks.

"Uh.." I pause trying to remember. "Y-yeah I remember him" I say remembering the brute.

"What about kishitani Shinra?" She asks. "Y-yeah...he's a doctor right?" I ask her.

""Yes, very good, you may have a bit of trouble remembering things, but it doesn't seem too bad"she says.

"Oh I'm Mayumi bye the way" she says. "You've been in a coma for about 3 weeks now, do you remember why?" Mayumi asks.

"U-um.." I look down at my arms " I think it has something to do with this? What happened?" I ask her confused.

She sighs. Here's a loud banging on the door making me jump. "Maybe Mr.heiwajima can answer that for you" she gets up and answers he door.

Shizuo bursts in and runs over to me hugging me tightly, trying not to hurt me.

"Izaya, I'm so sorry! I really am!" He says. "S-sorry for what?" I'm even more confused now.

"He doesn't remember much, you'll have to tell him what happened" Mayumi informs him and she leaves.
