It had been a strange emotional 12 months. Christmas time had rolled around. It had just begun to snow in Central City, and I hoped it'd be a white Christmas.

Snart, Mardon and James Jesse had broken out of Iron Heights.
"Oh, yeah. Weather Wizard, Captain Cold and the Trickster." Cisco ranted.
"There's three of them and one of you. I do not like those odds." Caitlin added.

"And I can't use my powers for a while since Cisco decided to tamper with my sonic bomb." I said, glaring at him.
"I said I was sorry." Cisco replied.
"And I'm gonna be no help without my speed, so..." Jay added.
"Oh, oh. Light bulb up here. I have an idea. Most weather phenomena are marked, no pun intended by a change in electric charge and pressure in the atmosphere. We could just map out those fluctuations to -." Cisco explained.
"To pin point his location." Barry said.
"Right. It would just be a matter of removing all the electricity..." Cisco continued.
"All the electricity from his immediate surroundings." Barry said.
"Attracting it to one spot." They said at the same time.
"The same way a lighting rod does!" I smiled.
"Only, instead of a lightning rod we could use," Cisco continued.
"A wand?" Barry asked.

"Have we already had this conversation?" Cisco asked.
"Kind of." Barry said.
"What does that mean?" Harry asked.

"Uh... All right. So last time Mardon attacked, he, um, generated a tidal wave that destroyed all of Central City." Barry explained.
"So, why are you not all sleeping with the fishes?" Harry asked.
"Earth-2 has The Godfather?" I asked.
"Every Earth has The Godfather, Vito." Harry said.

"So, I ran back through time. One day into the past, and I got a do over, and I stopped Mardon before he could hurt anyone." Barry explained.

"You shouldn't have messed with the timeline." Harry said.
"That's what the other Wells said." I grumbled.
"So, the good news is, in that timeline, you created the wand and it worked. So you just gotta do it again." Barry said.
"For the first time." I said, confusing myself.
"Yeah. No pressure." Cisco grumbled.
"I can give you a hand." Jay offered.
"Best of both worlds?" Cisco asked.
"I like that." Jay smiled, then he and Cisco left to work on the wand.

"You good, Harry?" I asked. He seemed a bit distracted today.
"Yeah. Why wouldn't I be?" He asked.

"Holiday blues? It can't be easy knowing Zoom still has his daughter." Caitlin said.
"Especially when future me is torturing her." I muttered.
"Yeah. All right, look, I'll be right back. I have something I have to deal with." Barry said, then looked at me.
"We have to deal. Come on." He said, offering me his hand.

We went to the station, and sat down with Iris. Barry explained that Joe had a son, and that we were going to tell him together. I was shocked that Francine, Iris's mother, would keep them apart.

"Hey." Joe said, walking in.

We all shifted awkwardly, which caused Joe to chuckle.

"Okay. The last time the three of you were looking at me like that was when you took my convertible for a joy ride and wrapped it around that big oak tree on Fairmont Drive." Joe said.
"Dad..." Iris whispered and cleared her throat.
"All right, Joe, we have something that we need to tell you," Barry began.
"No, no, um... I have something that I need to tell you." Iris said, standing from her chair.

"It's about Francine." Iris said, stopping to look back at Barry and I. Barry gave her an encouraging nod, which forced her to continue.

"When she left us, she was pregnant." Iris said.
Joe walked past her, and looked out over the city. He leaned against a desk that Barry had in there, and sighed.
"Did she have the baby?" Joe asked.
"Yes." Iris whimpered.
