Seeing Red K

I woke up in Kara's apartment. Kara left me a note saying she was glad to see me again. It had been a few weeks since she'd seen me. James was worried about me since the last time he'd seen me was when we broke into Max Lord's facility.

Ate breakfast, got dressed and moved over to CatCo.

"It is absolutely ridiculous for her to have her own personal elevator, plus horrible for the environment." Kara said

"Kira!" Cat exclaimed.

"You are literally impervious to bullets and I'm worried for your safety right now. Okay?" Winn said just before we turned and smiled at Cat.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Cat asked.

"Your latte Ms. Grant." Kara said handing over a latte.

"oh." Cat said.

"Walking from the main elevator takes an extra 90 seconds, which means you latte's 90 seconds colder." Kara stated.
"Brazen. That's a new color on you. I don't mind it. Yet. What do you want?" Cat asked the new assistant.
"Ive got a scoop for you. Can we talk? IN private?" she asked.

"It's good to see you again Emma." Cat said to me before walking into her office

A few minutes later the new girl stomped out of Cat's office. Winn pulled up a chair for me and let me crash at his desk. I noticed that Kara was acting differently.

"Hi Siobhan." Kara smiled.
"What do you want? Stalker." Siobhan said.

"Messenger downstairs wants you to sign for Ms. Grant's flowers." Kara said.
"You do it." Siobhan said.

"Well I would but Ms. Grant needs  to proof a column for her ASAP. I'm sure one day she'll give you more editorial responsibilities too." Kara said sarcastically.

"Fine." Siobhan said with a huff, then left.

I watched as Kara went around the desk and logged onto Siobhan's computer. Kara printed something out and then went back to her own desk.

I thought nothing of it, and went back to hanging with Winn. A little while later, Siobhan was called into Cat's office.

"You are fired!" Cat shouted.

Siobhan walked out of Cat's office and Winn asked if she was okay, but she ignored him.

"Well, I guess that's your exit." Kara said, making Siobhan stop and look at her.

"Well, that was awkward." Kara said after she left. "but not surprising though. She was a bad seed, it was only a matter of time. I know what will lighten the mood, drinks and dancing." Kara said holding up some tickets.

"Who's in?" she asked.

"Today's music is so loud!" Winn complained.

"Right?" I laughed

"Siobhan still has not text me back." Winn complained, slightly drunk.

"She's fine just give her some time." James said.

"Speaking of which Kara said she was going to be here soon." I said, looking down at my phone.

"Do you think she's still on her way?" James asked

"Oh yeah. Oh, look. There she is." Winn said pointing

"I see her. I think..." he trailed. " I think that's her."

"Hey. Wow." I beamed, looking at her.

Kara was dressed in a tight black dress that made her look like a boss ass bitch.
