"Push baby push" Colton cheered me on "just one more Ana and were done"

"C'mon Ana we need this last baby out" the doctor cheered

"Ahhhh" I screamed as my area ripped some more

"Waaaah wahhhhhhh"" my baby screamed

It was music to my ears hearing my babies cry indicating they are perfectly fine.

"It's a...... a boy " the doctor said sounding confused

"What? I thought the second baby was girl" Colton asked rushing to the doctors side as he handed my son to the nurse

"Must have been a mistake"

"But I smelled a female wolf" Colton said

"You must have smelled Sarah's scent colton, have you ever smelled Sarah's scent before?" the floor asked

"No I thought.... I thought Caden was responsible for that"

"You need to know the scent of her wolf alpha, that way you could always be aware of her safety" the doctor said

"Can I please see my babies?" I asked Colton and the doctor looked towards me as if they forgot I was still here, the doctor smiled at me before speaking

"Yes Ana just let my nurses clean them off 1st"

I smiled back, I was to tired to give an answer.

My body slowly relaxed itself, and my eyes were slowly closing

"Here you are Luna" the nurse said smiling handing me my 1st son

I held out my arms eagerly almost yanking him from her.

His crying stopped as soon as he laid in my arms.

His face was so small, along with his body an fingers, his toes were long but skinny, his lips were just as pink and plumped as Colton's, his eyes were small but big another thing like Colton's.

I looked up to see Colton holding my second son in his arms with a smile upon his face, Colton's eyes beamed with love and honour as he stared deeply at his son.

"Trade?" I asked him

He nodded his head an handed me the baby

This one wasn't so small, he was chubby and long just like Colton's baby pics, but he looked nothing like him, he had my big round eyes, my small red lips, my white skin, and my long fingers and toes, he may have Colton's hight and weight but this baby was me all over again.

"He's beautiful just like you ana" Colton whispered Taking a seat at the end of my bed

"And he's strong and handsome just like you Colton " I smiled

He leaned over placing a small, soft kiss on my cheek before returning his stare at his son

"I wonder witch one will be the alpha" he asked

"We'll I figured we will wait to make a choice to see if one is grey" I said

"That makes since, or we can have double alpha " Colton laughed at his own joke

"Excused me"

I looked up to see a small young nurse with long black hair and yellow eyes, this must be Bella's younger sister

"Yes?" Colton said

"We have to take the babies for test, normal procedure and also the doctor wants Luna Ana to rest " she gave us a small timid smile

"Oh ok"

Colton had laid our sons down inside there beds and watched as she pushed them away.

I felt lost maybe even emotional once they left my side, the doctor said this feeling is normal for mothers so I'm not to worried but I am crying witch is worrying me enough

"Ana baby what's wrong" Colton said taking a seat next to me

"I miss my babies" I sobbed

"Aha aww Ana it's ok" colton wrapped his arms around me but not without a laugh

I don't feel like responding to his laugh instead I laid back down and closed my eyes.

I woke up to the sounds of someone humming, I thought I was hearing things wrong but I wasn't.

I watched as Colton was walking in circles with both our babies comfortably in his arms, he was humming one of his favourite songs, one that he sang to my stomach every night.

I didn't want to say a word, I wanted to sit here and watch him enjoy there time together.

"My dear sons" he whispered "I never want you to forget this, If anything was to happen to me I want you to remember, remember the love I had for the both of you and your mother." he kisses them softly on there forehead

I know nothing is never going to happen to Colton but I couldn't help but think of the possibilities.

He was the best alpha so far and everyone is always out to get him but I know Caden would never let anything happen to my dear handsome face.

"I know your awake" Colton whispered

I leaned up slowly "how?"

He turned to face me "your breathing became soft"

"What you are doing?" even though I knew

"Talking" he whispered while looking at his sons "just reminding them how much I love em"

"I think they know Colton "

"Do they?" he asked

"Yes"

"Do they know you love them?"

That felt like a pain inside my heart but I knew why he had said it "I love them very much colton, I'm sorry for what I said I really am, i...i didn't mean it at all"

I watched him walk around I small circles some more "have you named them?" I asked

"No I was waiting for you" he said taking a seat next to me and handing me a baby

"Goodness he looks just like you " I said taking in my sons features

"And he looks so much like you ana , he's going to be one pretty boy that's for sure" he laughed

"Mathew"

"What?" Colton asked confused

"I want to name him Mathew "

"That's a good name " he smiled he looked back at my son "Anthony is this guys name"

"It's beautiful " I smiled

We both looked at our sons with happiness and love inside our heart
