Lost and found- A Chessa Story

Chapter 14

Tessa's POV

I started to hang the decorations in the team ten house! I was so excited for my birthday party. I made a few phone calls, arranging for the food and then finally decided on my favorite cafe that has lit sandwiches.

Camryn was watching me like a hawk but I thought nothing of it. I wasn't going to let her ruin my day!

That night I took off my makeup and changed into an oversized hoodie and booty shorts. When I was almost asleep Chance came in and I felt the bed dip. I rolled over and smiled at him.

Chance-"Happy birthday!"

Tessa-"My birthday isn't until tomorrow..."

Chance-"Yeah but it is tomorrow!"

I glanced at the clock and it was 12:02. I gave Chance a hug and the next thing I know I'm fast asleep.

I awake to the sound of music playing and see Tristan and Chance.

Tristan-"HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY TESSELS!"

I giggled and gave him and Chance hugs.

Tessa-"Awe thanks guys! Are you going to be here for my party?"

They both nodded their heads and I smiled, knowing that tonight would be amazing. I got ready for the day by changing into a black crop top and high waisted shorts. Skipping down the stairs rik flew into my arms!

Erika-"GAHHH MY LITTLE BABY T IS 18!"

Tessa-"Wow thanks mom"

I said jokingly. Erika handed me a cake and I made a wish. I wished for the best birthday ever, and I hoped my wish would come true. It was around noon and Rik and I went out to get smoothies. I ordered a kiwi smoothie and Rik ordered a blueberry. We sat and talked for a bit, but then she asked a BIG question.

Erika-"Tessa, I want you to be honest with me, do you like Chance? I know that this is a bad time to be asking but I see the way you look at him..."

Tessa-"Honestly Rik, I dont know. One minute I do, but the. The next he is off with Camryn."

Erika-"T, I want you to do what you want, and if that's Chance, than I fully support you!"

I thanked Rik and we drove home, I really did not deserve a best friend as awesome as Erika. She is my bestie, practically my sister and I don't know how I would survive without her. She means so much to me and I'm glad she supports me, no matter how I feel about Chance!
