Lost and found- A Chessa Story

Chapter 16

Chances POV

I woke up to a massive head ache and realized I was naked. I felt something on my chest and it was Tessa. My eyes grew wide and I tried to remember what happens last night. All I remember is Tessa had a party and I had a few drinks.... what did I do?

Tessa slowly woke up and rubbed her eyes.

Tessa-"What the..."

Chance-"Do you remember anything that happened last night?!"

Tessa-"Yeah, why? Wait why the heck am I..."

Tessa's eyes grew big and she looked at me.

Tessa-"Did we... oh my gosh I..."

I looked at Tessa and she was really pretty, I couldn't resist and pulled her into a kiss. Thoughts flooded my head and I pulled away.

Chance-" sorry but I can't. Can we forget this ever happened, this was a mistake."

Tessa looked really upset but I did t want to completely ruin things so I just grew on my shorts and left. What had I done...

Tessa's POV

I hurried my face into my pillow and cried. My crush, the person I just, well you know lost it to, said that we were a mistake. My whole world had just collapsed right before my eyes and I knew that only one person would have the answer to this... Erika.

I ran down the steps past Chance and flew into her room. I starred in shock at what I saw...

Tessa-"Erika"

She sleepily yawned and rolled over kissing Jake on the cheek. I stood there like an idiot and Erika winked at me, getting out of bed.

Erika-"Please don't say anything..."

I pretended to zip my lips and Erika laughed.

Tessa-"Can we talk?"

Erika-"Of course, lets go to your room though."

When we got to my room I shut the door and my tears became unbearable. Erika hugged me with a look of sympathy in her eyes. She wiped away my tears and looked at me.

Erika-"What happened?"

Tessa-"So, as you know I really like Chance and we sort of did something last night. I was actually happy and though he liked me... but-- he- he said that it was a - a mistake..."

Once again I broke down into tears and Erika patted my back.

Erika-"Well this may not be the best time but around noon I have a surprise for you! I promise you will love it!"

Smiling I thanked Erika and began my morning routine.
