Lost and found- A Chessa Story

Chapter 30

Tessa's POV

I released our hug and thought about all the treacherous things Camryn had done... god I hope I never see her again. Erika was on the phone with Jake, crying happy tears telling him I woke up. She put him on speaker phone.

Tessa-"Hi Jake."

My voice was frail, shaky and I was clearly unstable. But I just want to go home, forget, and dance. And maybe vlog, if I even have any subscribers.

Jake-"Were coming now Tessa, and I call Chance and let him know."

Erika took the phone off speaker and left the room, still talking to Jake. Last I remembered they were together, but that was last year. So much had changed, oh my gosh Chance! Where is he! I feel so bad, but I'm in no position to be blamed.

I stared out the window, watching the clods move slightly, second by second, inch by inch. I could feel the IV in my arm, releasing small drops of liquid back into my body. My thoughts were interrupted by a click. The door knob turned and Erika walked in holding Jakes hand.

Jake-"Hey T, how ya doing?"

He said it like I was a little baby, but I guess I kind of was right now. I held my thumb up in fear of having another breakdown and Jake smiled at me.

Jake-"The rest of team ten is here, if you want they can come in. But only if your up for it."

I nodded and the urge of tears faded away. One by one, Chad, Anthony, Emilio, Ivan, nick, and Tristan all came in the room.

Tristan hugged me, then nick, and of course I touched his hair. Then the Martinez twins, Chad, and the finally Anthony.

When we ended our hug the door swung open and Chance poked his head in.

Chance-"Is she really awake?!"

Tessa-"Yeah...I'm here"

I almost choked on those last words and Chance ran over to me, pulling me in for a hug.

Chance-"I'm so glad your okay..."

We didn't let go and I felt a single tear roll down my face, dripping onto Chances shirt.

Chance-"Don't cry everything's okay..."

He wiped my tears and then Erika came over and sat next to us. We all talked for about 20 minutes until I heard the door knob click, once again.
