Lost and found- A Chessa Story

Chapter 24

Tessa's POV

Tessa-"I'm....pregnant."

Erika-"Oh my gosh!"

Erika gave me a hug and I knew that I need to tell Chance as soon as possible. Erika left my room and I screamed for Chance.

Tessa-"Chance! Come here we need to talk!"

Chance-"Yeah, look if this is about Camryn then just save it..."

Tessa-"Its not, its about us."

I looked down at my feet.

Chance-"Tessa, im with Camryn now."

Tessa-"Just look."

I took his hand and placed the test in it. He looked at me in shock and I nodded.

Chance-"Is it mine?"

Tessa-"Yes."

He stared at me in disbelief, I really wanted him to be happy but knew that he felt nothing towards me.

Chance-"No it's not, there's no way it's mine."

Tessa-"It is..."

Chance-"I swear we used protection!"

Tessa-"Its yours Chance!"

Chance-"how do you know that for sure."

Tessa-"Because your the only person I've ever done it with!!!"

Chance looked shock and happy at the same time.

Chance-"Can u keep it, like, do you want to keep the b-ba-ba-baby."

Tessa-"Yeah, I know I'm only 18 but its mine-"

Chance-" and mine."

Tessa-"But were not together Chance, so maybe it would be best if the baby didn't know that you were his or hers-"

Chance-"It deserves to know! That is our mistake and it's just as much mine as it is yours..."

Tessa-"Fine but don't mess this up."

Chance left the room and I called the doctor to make an appointment. The closest one they had was in 5 weeks so I would be roughly 2 months along. I truly can not believe that I am pregnant, with Chances baby... that feels so weird to say. Things are defiantly going to change around here.

I decided to go on my phone when I got a text from my ex boyfriend from high school, Brody.

Brody- Hi Tessa, I know it's been a while but I miss you and want you back. I understand if you don't feel the same way but I love you❤️

Tessa-Hi Brody and its had been a while. I would love to catch up with you sometime because it has been weird going to LA and knowing nobody. I miss everyone I went to school with Fresno!

Brody-I'm actually in LA this weekend and if you want, come and meet me at the Starbucks on 23rd street. Like a date maybe?

Tessa-sure, I will be there in 20!
