"You'll never be good enough. He'd choose me over you anyway. So keep on living your pathetic life, although we both know there's no sense at all. I mean, just look at you. The weakness is too much to deal with, right? The weakness and the knowledge that you're alone. You have no one." Brittany spats at me. Once again, she has me there where she wants me to be. At the edge of the deep dark hole. I have to watch carefully my every move, preventing myself from falling into the hole.
"No one cares about you. Not even Harry." She smirks.
"No. No, that's not true." I whisper.
She's lying. I know she is. Harry cares about me. He has to. He is everything I have, everything I care for.
"Why don't you ask him?"
I turn around and see Harry standing there. He walks towards us, a big smile on his face. But as soon as he spots me, his smile fades and he frowns.
"Harry...I-." I start but he cuts me off. God, my voice sounds weak.
"Hey, babe." He walks past me and immediately smiles again. Because of Brittany.
He wraps his arms around her waist and kisses her passionately on her lips.
No, no, no, no. Please not.
"Harry..." I croak. Both of them not making a move. They don't hear me. "Harry! Please, don't!" I shout.
That was always my biggest fear. Losing him. But I can't lose Harry. I need him. He's everything I have. He's my everything. And my everything had slipped easily out of my hands just seconds ago.
I've lost him. I've lost the one thing that kept me going. I've lost Harry.

"(Y/N), please wake up. Come on." Harry rubs small circles on my lower back.
A dream. It was just a dream.
But it seemed so real. As if he really left me.
"Shhh, it's okay." I feel Harry's lips against my forehead and his hand caressing my cheek.
I decide to open my eyes, only to get a blurry view of my room and Harry. I am crying. Of course. Of fucking course.
"Harry...." I whisper and turn to look at him.
"Everything's alright. Nothing's gonna happen." He tries to calm me down. But it's not really helpful. The tears are uncontrollably streaming down my face as single pictures of the dream cloud my mind.
I drop my gaze and look down onto my lap, that seems to be very interesting right now. I can feel my whole body shaking as Harry continues to rub small circles on my lower back.
"Harry, promise you won't leave me. Please. Promise." I lean my head against his chest and close my eyes.
"I'm never ever gonna leave you. I'm here and I'm not going anywhere, angel." His voice is low and almost shaky. I know this is getting to him. And I love and hate it at the same time that it affects him so much.
"Thank you." I mutter into the thin fabric of his shirt.
"What makes you think that I'll leave?" He tilts up my chin and looks at me with his beautiful eyes.
"I-I had a dream. And you left. You choose to-." I cut myself off. 'You choose to leave me for Brittany and I hate that.' Yep, that doesn't sound jealous.
"And that's exactly it. A dream. But I wouldn't even dream of leaving you. Never. I promise." He kisses my forehead and I snuggle further into his chest.
