••PERSONAL IMAGINE••
•Not one of the popular kids.
•Maybe a little bit nerdy.
•Quiet.
•Not caring about reputation.
•Self-confident.
•Wanting to have 'proper' friends.
•Not wanting to be involved with certain kids in school.
That's me.
•One of the most popular peole at school.
•Seems cold and cruel.
•Reputation comes first.
•Maybe some anger issues.
•Known as the 'bad boy'.
•Player.
•Doesn't know me during school.
That's him.
•Probably the most popuar girl at school.
•Mean.
•Bitchy.
•Self-centered.
•Attention slut.
•Sleeps around.
•Hates me.
•Flirty, especially towards him.
That's her.
I hate her and love him. He loves me, but I don't exist in his world for the first half of every day. Harry's one of the popular kids. If you don't know him, you would think that he's a real prick, who only cares for himself. But once you get to know him, the real him, you realise that he's a great guy, loving and protective, funny, caring and just a life-sized teddy bear.
But that's not the Harry you'll see at school. At school he's arrogant, hangs out with his jocks and these fake girls and he's a real dick. He ignores me and acts as if he's single; in other words, he flirst every time he gets the chance to. And considering the fact that he's not bad looking-he's really handsome-he has girls throwing themselves at him all the time. And that annyoes me. And I guess he knows it, but if he would stop flirting all of a sudden, people would notice that something changed and Harry can't have that. Reputation comes first for him. That's the most important thing. Even more important than me and our relationship.
Outside school and behind closed doors he's the biggest sweetheart ever, telling me how much he loves me every five seconds and I'm the only girl he has eyes for. For once.
Yesterday, we had a huge fight about that whole 'popular thing'. It's always the same. He says he can't change it; he doesn't want to ruin his reputation; which doesn't hurt at all, having your boyfriend telling you that you're not good enough. But that's what I'm used to. He won't change, he won't stop flirting and he won't stop acting as if he's single. But now, why should he be the only one to have fun?
I'm not ugly, not at all. I simply just wasn't interested in being one of those popular chicks. I have plenty of guys hitting on me; Harry doesn't know that, because he doesn't pay attention; but I always declined their offers, going out on dates, hanging out after school and whatsoever, because unless Harry, I'm taken and know it.
"Oi, Fatty." Matt calls after me. Call me that one more time and I'll punch you. "Nice ass you've got there, sweetheart." He continues and I turn around to find him leaning against the lockers, surprisingly, alone, snickering at me and his witty comment.
