The rest of the concert went perfect. Billie Joe called up a few crowd members to play and sing with the band and Mike played guitar with another excited fan. Tre threw his drum sticks into the crowd for a couple lucky fans to snatch up.
*** The Next Day ***
Tre couldn't stop thinking about Billie. He did't know what was going on with him. They had kissed before and he hadn't had the feelings he was feeling now. All he could think of was the feeling of Billie's velvet-soft lips pressed against his. He could imagine Billie's piercing green eyes staring at him on the stage.
A few days went by and Tre still couldn't stop thinking about Billie Joe. It was messing with the way he lived and nothing made him feel like Billie did.
He decided he had to tell Billie...
but that didn't happen as well as he thought it would.
Tre grabbed his keys and got into his car. The engine came to life as he turned the key in the ignition.
