(LeRoy's POV)

I couldn't understand what had just happened. One moment I was snooping around, talking to different people. Suddenly I was pushed up against a wall with some blondie that I met at Landen's party and next was staring at a tearing wide eyed Sasha. It just feels like history repeating itself, plus it reminds me of my teenage days.

Those days, when I had hurt Sasha. Those party days, where I had any and every girl flaunt themselves at me. I wouldn't have any objections to be hooking up at every party I went to and it had been worst when I left the country. My only reason was to just forget Sasha. I had heard that she hated me and never want to see me. I heard that she had moved on and I had to distract myself. School, training and partying. These three were my constant during my 7 years away from home and yet once I'm back, I was back to her like a lost puppy.

During secondary school, it was much easier as I had my friends and Sasha was never far. She may have been the quiet one in the group but our cliques were pretty much the same. I knew her every move and whoever tried to be close to her was on my constant watch. But after the incident with her cousin, she would avoid us. My sister would encourage her to move on and I would see her try in school. Seeing the other guys from the soccer team flirt with her and Sasha laughing at all their attempts, almost made me see red. Jealousy blended with my blood everytime I was at school. The countdown to my departure from her was excruciatingly slow.

A knock on my door brought me out of my reflection. The person who knocked, barged in without patience.

"Lee? What the hell happened? Why is Sasha like a zombie?" he inquired.

I just glance at him, noticing the stance he took. He was holding himself back from me. I was, honestly, waiting for my much deserved punch from him. Dylan has really changed. I guess him becoming a father might have drilled him to be much patient with others. My mind wandered to Dylan having a child on his arm, the corners of my lips tugging upwards. Dylan cleared his throat, catching me zone out.

I looked him in the eye,"I fucked up bro. Again." I said with no emotions.

Dylan looked puzzled. "What you mean you fucked up? How could you? Did you tell the plan to Sasha?"

"I couldn't. I was too late. I executed the plan but it took diversion" I explained further.

Dylan gestured me to elaborate, "Well everything was going as planned. But that chick from Landen's party was there. The one I hooked up with, I think her name was Wendy or something. Since we planned to get some intel from her, I started my old tricks of sweet talking and shit. Things started to get out of hand when she plunged her lips on mine and got a little frisky. When I was about to end the fiasco, Sasha came into view, witnessing the heated scene." I said, in a monotone.

"Basically, you took a step in your old habits and sort of drowned?" Dylan teased, earning him a grunt.

"You could tell Sasha that it was all part of a plan but you just couldn't tell her in time. I'm pretty sure she would understand?" Dylan tried.

"I told her I slipped. I didn't know why but that all I could tell her. Dee I need your help in this" I begged him.

"The truth will set you free my friend. Just tell her the truth." He said. If only it was that easy.

Nevertheless, I decided to pay a visit to Sasha's room. I need to make her listen to me. I know that I made a mistake and I'm not waiting another 7 years to make up for it. I'll right my wrongs. She needs to hear me out, after that she could decide what's going to happen between us and I wouldn't get in her way.
