I laid in my bed and cried for a while. I fell asleep, and slept for the rest of the day. When I woke up, I looked at the clock in the wall. 7:30. I slept through lunch. I'm surprised I slept at all after the fight I had with Loki. I took a deep breath, and sat up on the edge of my bed. Did Loki really mean what he said? I thought he loved me. I guess I was wrong. Why was he going to let me leave? I'm so confused! I got up and walked over to the wardrobe in the corner of the room. I remember Loki telling me that he had clothes I could change into, and there wash a washroom connected to my room that I could shower in. I saw a dress that I liked, it came down almost to my knee and it was white lace. I went into the washroom and saw the same kind of shampoo and conditioner I always used, along with some body wash. I turned the water on, and stepped in the shower. Honestly, it was weird showering in a guys house that I've never met before. Okay this is weird, but the shower was refreshing. I washed my hair, and turned the water off. I dried off, and put on the white dress. I brushed my hair, and braided it since it was wet. I put my glasses back on, and walked out of the washroom. I stopped when I saw Loki sitting on my bed waiting for me.
"You look nice." He said.
I shrugged and looked down at the floor.
"I thought you might want this." He said and he held out my phone.
I took it, and thanked him. He told me he went back to get it. My earbuds were wrapped around my phone, and I knew I would be listening to a lot of music.
"You haven't eaten all day." He said.
Was he really worrying about me not eating? Probably not.
"Where are we?" I asked.
I'm surprised at myself for not asking that sooner.
"Well, were in a place called Arizona."
"What?! I'm across the country from home!"
"Yes, now I was wondering if we could talk." He stood up and walked over to me.
I looked down at my feet. I couldn't look at Loki after all the things he's said to me. He took my hands and looked at my wrists.
"You did it again. And it's my fault." Loki sounded genuinely guilty.
He tiled my chin up, and looked me in the eyes.
"I didn't mean what I said earlier. I-I know there's no way to take back what I said. But do you forgive me?"
I looked away from him, and didn't say anything. Does he think it's that easy to forgive and forget?
"Then why did you say it? If you didn't mean it."
"I want what's best for you. I know that the best thing for you is for you to go back. And I thought the only way for you to go back was to make you hate me."
I looked up at him. He had tears running down his face. Loki, the god of mischief, was crying. He was crying over me.
"I forgive you." I said quietly.
He pulled me against him and he hugged me. Even after what happened, I've never felt as safe as I did in his arms.
