I'm Lucy Heartfilia, the most popular and hottest girl in school. Ha! No, I'm kidding, I'm not that kind of person. People call me beautiful, but I really don't buy it, I think of myself as average. Not that I hate being called pretty, or popular. It's just that sometimes, that fact gets to my head. Like a few minutes ago, when THIS happened.

"Come on! I dare you to make that heartless bastard, Natsu Dragneel fall for you, and then whenever he asks you out, dump him in the cruelest way possible! Yup... That was Lisanna, she's had the biggest crush on Natsu Dragneel for as long as I can remember, but she was never able to do what she had did. However, when she did confess..

It's every time I'm walking home, which is only on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the weekdays are club activities after school. Sigh... Why me? First, Lisanna is biting my butt to get this guy to fall for me and then break his heart for her, and now it's the fact that I walk home literally RIGHT across the street from him... What am I going to do? I can barely start a conversation with this guy, no less get him to even look at me with the sense of lust in his eyes. This is going to be tough... Suddenly, dragging me out of my thoughts, I bumped into someone and fell to the ground, dropping my school bag and notebooks.

My dad loomed over me with that intense stare of his. Why is he here? He said he would let me come to this school as long as I keep my identity a secret, and I have been! So why-

"Lucy, it's good to see you my daughter. Please, gather your things and come with me, we have something to discuss."

"No, you can start talking now if you want, it's still a long way to my apartment."

I said, gathering all the loose papers and notebooks, then putting them in my school bag. My father nodded then cleared his throat.

"I know you may not like it, but... I've arranged a marriage with the son of our most loyal client. His name is Sting Eucliffe. He is the son of the CEO friend you met the other day, do you remember him?"

Wait... What? A marriage?

"A marriage?! What for father?"

"Well, it'll help our company's come to better terms-"

"So this is all for your work! You don't care what I think! You never do!"

I stood up and ran across the street and down the sidewalk. The last thing I heard my father yell was-

"You will do this Lucy! You don't have a choice in the matter! It's for the better!"

He doesn't care what I think. He never did and he never will. He's always like this! He does things without my say in the matter. I haven't even met the guy yet! And he expects me to marry him! I'm only 18! What the hell is he thinking?! I can't-
