Brooke's POV

" Hey, Brooke are you getting ready?" Cole called from the nursery.

" Yes, are you?"

" No, in getting Colby ready."

" Hurry up I want to see him."

And with that Colby ran in with a plaid blue and black shirt with a black tie.

"Awe, you look cute."

" Thank you."

" I wasn't talking to you Cole."

" Ouch."

" Oh ,shut up. You know I'm sad, but since I'm pregnant it's like 10x worse!"

Cole walked over and wrapped me in his arms.

" Do you think we should match?"

I laughed," you want to be one of those couples?"

" Of course! you could wear a blue shirt and your sexy black skinny jeans."

I laughed," oh, like i'm so skinny." I gestured to my stomach."

" No, your skinny. I'Ve seen you. you just have a baby in the belly."

" Sure. alright what shirt should I wear? Light blue or dark?"

" Light, it matches Colby's and then I can wear the shirt that matches Colby's."

" Okay, now get Colby out. I don't need him seeing me change."

He laughed." he came out if your-"

"Cole, don't you dare finish that sentence!" I finished off by glaring and pointing a finger.

" Well, it's true! he did come out of you! and it's not like he hasn't seen you! I mean you did breast feed him!"

I'm pretty sure I blushed a deep red.

" Oh. so I make you blush? just like the good ole days."

I laughed," good ole days? you make it sound like our life is bitter."

He smiled," get dressed, or else we're going to be late."

I slipped on the shirt and easily pulled on the black skinny jeans.

Cole smiled," you look nice."

I turned and looked in the full length mirror. The light blue short made my baby belly look larger, unless the darker clothing I wore made the baby bump look smaller.

" Cole, I look bigger than I did with Colby!"

He smiled and placed his hand on my stomach," Brooke, you look fine. if anything we can go to the pack doctor later."

I nodded and picked up Colby. "alright let's go!"

" So much for taking it easy. here let me take him."

" No, I'm fine Cole. it's not like in picking up a hippo, or you."

He smiled," did you just compare me to a hippo?"

I smiled," yes and I hope you enjoyed it."

We walked out the front door and Cole locked the door and tossed me the keys to the car. I unlocked the doors then buckled in Colby, I climbed into the passenger side and Cole in the driver side.

We drive in silence until Cole decided to break it," we will be there in about 10 minutes."

I simply nodded my head and looked out the window.
