I know, am terribly late in updating this, but as you all know, I was facing a writer's block....eventually I wrote it after days of struggling and was planning to update on Friday but I wasn't well. So, here I am with another update....😀

Next Day
Sonakshi was in the library finding some relevant books, when suddenly she was pulled and pinned against the rack of the deserted lane of the library.
She was too shocked to react. Her eyes widened when she saw the person standing in front of her.
"Dev??" she whispered
"Yes Dev....Finally you remembered that there is a person called Dev. Mujhe toh laga ki tum bhool hi gayi hogi" he said sarcastically.
"Aisa nahiin hai.....main kyon tumhe bhoolungi??" she said
"Accha?? Toh tum aaj hamare secret staircase par kyon nahiin aayi??" he questioned
"Oh...woh.. actually mujhe naa...next assignment ke liye books doondhne hai. Isiliye..."she stammered still caged in arms.
Dev gave her a suspicious look while Sonakshi again turned towards the shelf to search the books. Suddenly, she felt two strong hands engulfing her from the back and his warm breath fanning the nape of her neck.
"Devv..."she whispered
"Mmmm..." he answered, lost in the fragnance of her hair
"Koi aa jayega.....au...aur..humne apne friends ko bhi nahiin bataya hai" she said softly
"Hmm....bata denge baad mein" he whispered back.
Sonakshi leaned against him, keeping her head on his shoulder while Dev was making patterns on her waist.
Both were lost in the moment when the noise of the book being dropped in the adjacent lane of the library startled them. They came back to their senses and Sonakshi ran away hurriedly.

The days passed by and Dev left no chance of cornering and romancing Sonakshi. Once, they were returning from the college when it started raining heavily.....
"Uff...ab yeh baarish bhi abhi hi honi thi...I dont even have an umbrella...Aur Dev, yeh kya?? Shortcut bolke kaunse raaste se le aaye?? Long route se bhi zyada time lag raha hai....." said Sonakshi irritateldly
"Arre mujhe kya pata tha ki baarish ho jayegi?? Aur iss route se main kaafi years pehle aaya tha...but looks like I have forgotton the way now" Dev said, making a puppy face which Sonakshi couldn't resist
"Theek hai....theek hai...Par ab kuch karo. Nahiin toh raat bhar yahaan rehna padega. Why don't you use Google maps??" advised Sonakshi and Dev nodded in affirmative.
After a while,
"Sona, dekho baarish bhi ho rahi hai...toh main soch raha tha ki yahiin kahiin ruk ke pakode kha lete hain. And a cup of coffee?? What say??" asked Dev excitedly
"Hmm...idea bura nahiin hai. Lets go....aage dekho, kuch restaurant jaisa nazar aa raha hai." Sonakshi said, after spotting some light from a distance
