Have you ever wondered what life would be,
If I were you and you were me,
If a bee was a bird and a bird was a bee,
If a ball was square and a box was round.
If the flowers grew from the sky and not on the ground.
If people were all in the zoo,
and the animals came to look at you.
If you had fingers on your feet instead of toes,
If you had a trunk on your face instead of a nose.
If winter was warm and summer was cold,
If there was no silver or no gold,
If the sun was the moon and the moon was the sun,
If one was two and two was one?
I know that wondering can be lots of fun,
and that everything is as it should be,
But most of all, I'm glad that I am me!
