This was requested by the awesome meh_123 Sorry this took so long college has been kicking my butt but I really wanted to get this done before I head to bed! :3 this AU is actually really awesome (and it's got me thinking up character design ideas already) so i hope this is up to standard with the usual writing ^^ For now I hope that you guys enjoy~! and please lemme know what you think about this I love hearing feedback!

"Now come on Gwen, this is the third time this week you've gotten into a fight - try and reign in that fighting spirit next time, okay kid?" Gwen's face scrunched up with a grumble of distaste as you pressed the ice pack to the back of her head, careful not to apply too much pressure against the sore spot as she retorted.

"Well I'm not the one who starts them!...Besides it's character building-or whatever" her hands came up to hold onto the ice pack and you let her take over as you took a step back, shaking your head with an unamused frown.

"I still blame Nikki for teaching you that" you groaned, however it was only met with a smirk in response as she chuckled and shuffled about in her chair, kicking her legs idly back and forth as you turned back to your desk, letting her settle down for a while while you took care to fill out some incident paperwork.

You knew the paperwork wasn't going to go anywhere (as it often didn't since most incident reports were just tossed in a folder and left filed away somewhere) but you were still adamant to get it completed. It had ended up becoming a habit with all of the weird and crazy stuff that happened at this damn camp and you were pretty sure all of these kids were growing a pretty hefty track record with their shenanigans, then again you couldn't say it was your job to stop them - your job was to work the infirmary, make sure the kids didn't get too badly hurt and get them patched up and ready to get back to playing - as far as you were concerned you were fine leaving the rest in the hands of the other counselors...so long as they didn't end up making things worse in the process that is.

"(Y/N), door!" As soon as you heard Gwen's voice call out to you the infirmary door burst open and you swivelled round, watching in complete surprise as Nikki practically dove into the room, grinning from ear to ear as she spotted you.

"(Y/N)! Great-!" she spotted the camper sat on the chair right next to her - "Oh hey there Gwen- (Y/N),Glad you're here! Come on we need you to join the effort!" your fellow counselor exclaimed, giving no explanation about whatever she was talking about and you cocked your head in confusion, utterly baffled by the suddenness of her appearance.

"Huh? Nikki what do you mean 'join the effort?'" you queried, taking a step back in your surprise as you tried to coax some form of explanation out of her.

Fortunately enough you didn't need to as moments later as another one of the counselors stumbled through the door (Neil if you could recall correctly - then again with two counselors called Neil you had no idea if you were even right), panting heavily and clutching the doorframe with one hand as he attempted to control his breathing.and explain at the same time.

"We've *huff* been a-all *huff* over the camp! *huff* TWICE *huff* and we can't find Max! We *huff* thought you would *huff* know where he is *huff* you normally know where *huff* to find him!!" he gasped out, standing up and straightening his crumpling camp uniform as he stepped inside and walked over to join the rest of you.

You faintly registered Gwen's voice gasping "ooh drama~!" at Neil's explanation but focused more on the prominent fact of the matter. "Wait, Max is missing?" the news itself wasn't too surprising, after all Max wasn't the most active counselor in camp activities and preferred to just wander around to keep an eye on things, however he was normally within the perimeter of the activity and didn't stray too far so naturally the fact that even with a search your fellow counselors couldn't find him had you shocked as realization flashed across your face.
