It was three weeks later when I was well enough to take a trip home. Camila had come to the hospital with flowers twice, after my constant nagging telling her to stop worrying. Although no one could stop worrying the way I was looking.

My mom and sister were very happy to have me home, even if I was only until tomorrow. They needed this more than ever. I spent time with Katie in the living room, colouring as she filled me in on how school was.

"I made you something light." Mom brought in green tea and soup. The doctors probably advised her, but she already knew from two years of serving stuff like this to my dad.

"Thanks mom" I didn't mind the green tea, I'd come used to it when my cancer was just starting and I was able to stay home. It was nice to have it after such a long time in the hospital.

She kissed my head, placing herself beside me and bringing herself into the conversation. "Katie aced her recent math test."

"Really?!" I exclaim. Katie smiles widely at me and nods her head frantically. "That's awesome!"

The door then knocks multiple times. Mom uses her eyes to look at me then the door. "Really? I just got home and you want me to answer the door?"

"I'm treating you normally like you asked." She shrugged. I got up with no argument and opened the door.

Greeted with a squeal and was picked up and spun in the air, I began to smile after such and long time. I missed it.

"You're home!" Camila exclaimed. "And I can't believe you didn't tell me!" She slapped my shoulder lightly.

"I didn't want to bother you." I admitted. My mom had her phone out. "Really?"

She just smiled. "Go hang out. I'll stay with Katie. But take your tea." She handed me the portable cup and me and Camila went upstairs.

Camila sat on my bed ands I closed the door. I put the tea on my nightstand table and sat in front of her. "How are you? How are the girls?"

"We're all good! We've spent time together almost everyday. But I missed you." Camila grabs my hand.

"I missed you too. The doctors say I'm getting better." Camila smiles widely.

"You look a lot better." Camila agrees, letting her eyes wander my face.

Seeing Camila again was such a blessing. To be honest I never thought I'd see her again, seeing my circumstances. "You're looking better too." Camila had put some more meat on her bones since we last saw each other. It made me happy to see.

"My mom has me eating good food, I'm glad to be home, I missed her cooking." Camila smiled. Being home was good. Only difference was that I had to go back to the hospital tomorrow.

"Girl? Want to watch a movie?" My mom called.

"Which one?" I shout back.

"Hocus Pocus." I loved that movie. Didn't matter if it wasn't October, there was nothing wrong with watching a Halloween movie.

Coming back to the hospital was hard. Seeming like everything was normal only when it wasn't. The doctor just wanted me to go home and see if that hope and seeing I could go back one day would help in some way.

With the IV back in my arm and the stuffed bear Camila gave me before she left I sat on my hospital bed again. It was depressing I had to admit.

I hugged the bear as I watched F•R•I•E•N•D•S. I missed Camila's company. Jenny offered to find me another roommate but I declined. I only wanted Camila.
