Swap!Lucas: he's pompous, boastful and damn proud of it. He's known to be a loud and self-centered asshole who always wants to show off the things his parents buy for him, he's the type to come to school in designer clothes and say "did I forget to remind you I'm rich? 'Cuz I'm rich" and he picks on people he considers poor, his main target is a boy who goes by 'Villager'.
Also he has a soft spot for a boy called Ness whoops-
Swap!Ness: he's quiet and usually keeps to himself, he's rather pessimistic and always looks on the bad side of things, he's also very stoic and kinda scares everyone. He's #bffs forever with Lucas though they certainly don't act like it, or have anything in common.
Swap!Villager: honestly the sweetest thing on two legs. He's quite shy and rather optimistic, he's known to be really kinds and really intelligent, his favourite subject being science and taking a liking to chemistry. He's rather liked by everyone making Lucas fucking furious, the blond has tried to spread rumour about the boy but they always fizzle out.
Swap!Megaman: oooooooh this trouble making cutie is known by everyone, even the newbies. He's basically dating Villa at this point but the other boy always denies it. Rock is the type to play pranks on everyone and get into shit tones of trouble, but he always sweet talks his way out of it. He used to be bffs with snes and lickass but it all disappeared.
Swap!Toon link: he's the most mature and level headed of the bunch, always thinking before he does things, he's rather close with Ness but hates Lucas along with basically everyone, he's a decently good student and is rather liked by staff.

Ok so Lucas used to be bff's for laifu with Rockman and Cartoon link, but then Villager came and finessed his friendship, also he had a not so subtle crush on Robot Boi but according to rumours he had hear blue child and shovel child were #dating, this madr blondie fUCKING FUrious and he basically wanted to kill villa, but instead he devoted his life to ruining Villa's. So poor Villie unwillingly became a part of a love triangle, but dunt worry, Lucas and fiNess will fall in luv and he'll leave villa alone, also toon boi kinda just watches from the sidelines.
