Chapter 2

As he watched his wife leave for her late night job, Peter couldn't help but get lost in thought, thinking of the day after he made this wonderful woman his girlfriend. He could remember the day so vividly.

He had awoken bright and early, already in the best moods he has been in in years. I happily cleaned up and did his annual morning routine, before exiting his room, to then knock on the large wooden door of a certain (brunette, blonde.... etc.)

He heard a quiet groan, before the sound of sheets rustling and feet pressing against the hardwood floor. The teen didn't move from his spot in front of the door, with a never wavering grin spread across his face. Eventually, the door had opened to reveal the s/c beauty, looking amazing as always.

The two smiled at each other before making their ways to the kitchen together. Their grins never wavered, and neither did the butterflies fluttering within them. This day could possibly be one of the greatest days of their lives. They didn't think anything could interrupt their happiness.

The day continued on. Peter and Y/n, of course, walked to school together, went to their lockers together, and then made their way to their Period One class, in which they sat next to each other. They were practically inseparable, that is, until Period two. A class they did not have together.

Peter hugged his new girlfriend before turning down a hallway to go to class. Y/n had returned the hug, before doing the same, except going down a different hallway to a different classroom.
