"How did I get so lucky?" Peter added. I hummed in response before opening my mouth to give him an actual answer.

"The Gods felt generous and made me lower my standards." I teased, making him chuckle.

"Well I'm glad they did." He murmured as he held me tighter and began to kiss each part of my body that his lips could reach without him having to remove his arms from around my waist.

"Me too." I whisper back as I cup my hands around his face to pull him closer to me so I can place a kiss on his lips. He smiled in the kiss but whined when I pulled away. I remind him of the lunch we were invited to attend at the Tower, convincing him that we should get some sleep. Him kisses my forehead before letting me go and making his way to our shared bedroom. I smile as I watch my husband walk away. When his figure disappears from my gaze, I finally snap out of my trance, forcing my feet to pace closer to the living room wall. I gaze around my home before turning off the light and making my way to my bedroom.

"Kids! Let's get in the car! I exclaim as I am grabbing my phone and purse while Peter is herding the kids into the front hallway of the house. Their excited squeals and giggles are a sure way to wake me up after only receiving six hours of sleep.

"Where are we going Mommy?" My middle child asks, being as forgetful as ever.

"We are going to have lunch at Grandpa Tony's house." I inform my child. (I'm changing it from Uncle Tony to Grandpa tony cuz a lot of people wanted that.)

"Yay!!" The child squeals in response, making me laugh.

"Peter, can you get them in the car so I can lock up?" I ask, to which he obliged. As my husband is guiding the three children to the car, I make my way around the house, turning off lights, closing and locking doors, placing valuables in a hiding place. As soon as I figured that everything was in order, I jogged to the front door, turning off the hall light and closing and locking the door behind me. When I turn, I see the smiling faces of my family gazing back at my through the windows of the door. Peter is already in the driver's seat, silently declaring that I would be the one to drive home afterwards.

(Sorry this is short, I wanted to get something posted soon, and I will have another chapter up soon to make up for the month long wait, and the shortness of this chapter.)
