*Caroline's POV*
We (Me, Cameron, Nash, Carmen, and Garrett) have been waiting for 3 hours for anything about Abbey. We see doctors going in and out of her room, but none of them tell us anything. Carmen and Garrett cried together for the first hour, but have comforted each other ever since they stopped. Nash is sitting beside Carmen (duh.), rubbing her back. I sit next to him and Cameron is beside me. Cameron is holding my hand, lightly squeezing. I don't know exactly what we are right now.
"Anyone know where the vending machines are?" Cameron asks, breaking the silence.
"I do" I say. I really don't, but I want to talk to Cameron. As we walk down the hall, he stops, turning towards me. My back is pressed against the wall.
"Caroline, I am so sorry. I couldn't bear seeing you hurt, but, I guess it hurt you more-"
"Stop" I say, pulling him towards me, wrapping my arms around his neck. Hi arms find their way around my waist. He looks down into my eyes. then presses his lips to mine. It is a long, meaningful kiss.
"What are we?" I ask.
"Back together. If that's what you want" he says.
"That is definitely what I want" I say, snuggling into his chest.
