I finish packing the last of our stuff into the box and tape it shut. The movers are ready for us to load all our stuff that we want into the truck to start the journey to our new house.

Henry had his last day of school yesterday and Emiline finished daycare yesterday. It's Saturday so Em and I still have work but only a half day and it's our last day here. We decided to quit and head back home to Virginia.

We head into work the four of us, Emiline and Henry run in and hug the friends they made at work. Em and I go to our separate desks to finish the last few paper of paperwork we have to complete and them file them away. We all go into the large meeting room where our workmates have set up a leaving party for us. We have some food and something to drink while talking about memories of being her and telling jokes. I'm going to miss this place after it became my second home, I spend almost six years here but it's now time to head back.

We get ready to leave and start making our goodbyes to everyone. a close friend says "I can't believe that I miss the wedding"

I laugh and say "we will send you an invitation, come and see us at the wedding there"

Yes Emily and I are getting married, it took two years before Em and I finally admitted our feelings for each other and we started a relationship. We got engaged two years later one the same day we got together, that was just over a year ago. We have set our wedding day for the same day next year to keep it a special day for us.  

Emiline had started calling Emily mama and I was mommy since she started talking, the names stuck ever since. Henry started calling Emily mama instead of Aunt after we started our relationship and we explained to him what it meant. As Henry got older he started to call me mom instead of mommy. Henry doesn't see Will anymore after Will got married and started a new family, Henry was sad about it at first but now he has Em and I as parents and he can call Will when he wants to.

We finish our goodbyes, and head home to grab make sure our stuff is all taken away. We grab the bags we left behind and head to the airport to head to our new home as a family.

Em and I decided to go home to Virginia to get married, we thought it would be a good time to go back home now before Emiline starts school and Henry starts middle school. We thought it was a good time to be at our home surrounded by the BAU family and even back to our profiling jobs with the team again. 

Change will happen all throughout life, whether you want it to happen or not. It's up to you to make it a change that you like and want to happen. We choose a change that is best for our family and happiness. We choose working back in the BAU with the team of our work family and living in our home where we can make new memories together surrounded by family and friends.
