We get a new case so I call everyone to the round table for Garcia and I to present the information. When Rossi, Morgan, Reid and Blake have all sat down I tell Garcia to start. Reid asks "where is JJ?"
I look around and see nobody shows any signs of answering so I ask "did she not tell you?"
Morgan asks "tell us what?"
I say "JJ quit, on the plane coming back from the last case she sent me her resignation. She handed over her gun and badge when we got back and see emptied out her desk. I thought that she was going to tell you all"
I look around and they look surprised, as I look at Rossi and Blake who look like they should say something. I nod at them and Blake says "she was having nightmares"
Rossi says "she had something going on as she would admit it but I know there was something up with her"
I nod and say "we can check back on her when the case is done but all of us are going on the case seeing we are down a member and the computers there aren't the best so we need Garcia's help"
After a few days we finish the case and fly home before we all drive over to JJ's house only to find someone staying their who said JJ needed to get away for awhile but didn't know where she was going. We try to call her but she doesn't pick up, after a few minutes we receive a text from her which said I am fine just need some distance for a new start while I deal with some things. Rossi says "at least she is working on getting better"
I nod and Reid says "yeah but we will miss her"
