Kingston Upon Thames. It was where she wanted to go. For some reason, it called her, it pulled her in and made her want to visit. Something about London made her curious as she booked her next flight to Kingston, telling her boss she was going on a vacation for a week, before she was given an assignment.

"I need you to cover a news story in Kingston. If you get it done ASAP, I'll pay for your hotel and anything you might want."

"Deal."

That's how she found herself in Kingston for free, while covering a news story and touring a couple times. The news story was finished within the day she got there, as she emailed her boss with her finished article and devoted the rest of the day to sleeping, and making a mental plan for the next day.

As soon as she woke up the next day, she had everything ready to walk around and tour Kingston Upon Thames.

As she was walking around, she was mesmerized. Everything about Kingston was beautiful, and she felt at home. Her Nikon camera was in her hands, as she tried to capture the views that spoke to her the most.

Visiting the hot spots, she took pictures, maybe more than she needed, but she didn't care. Because it was her vacation, and she was enjoying it.

On the third and fourth day there, she headed to the nearest bus stop, taking a trip all around Kingston and stopping where her friend would tell her were the best places to see. And she was right. Nothing could compare to what she would be seeing every day for a whole week.

The fifth day consisted of making a reservation at a really nice restaurant, to meet with a friend who had flown from Atlanta to visit her.

The time came around to head to the restaurant, as she was wearing a really nice black dress and silver heels.

At the last minute, when she had just arrived at the restaurant, her friend had called to say that her flight had been canceled and she wasn't able to meet her.

With a sigh, she started walking back to the hotel, her heels clinking with every step she took as she made her way to the hotel.

Only, she never made it to the hotel.

After a half hour of walking around, she realized she was lost.

With a sigh of disappointment, she tried to see if anyone would be willing to help her, but everyone ignored her, as she started walking back, only to bump into someone.

She felt herself fall back, only to stop mid air thanks to the mysterious stranger who had his arm wrapped around her waist, holding her up. As she looked up and locked eyes with the stranger, she was speechless.

The stranger was gorgeous. His bright blue eyed stood out as they locked with her y/e/c. His hair was styled perfectly on his head, as he helped her up, his hands still on her waist as she blushed.
