A poem or two

I look at you,
I see the truth,
What I couldn't think is true,
I saw your perfect  youth.

You have been down,
Come out of hiding,
With your eyes of brown,
Your words binding.

'Don't let them see,
The real me,
For fear they will start a prix,
Don't let them see.'

The thought can't see your mind,
I am here for you,
Leave them behind,
Even when we're black and blue.

They tell you,
'Fight back,
Be true,
Stay on track.'

You already are,
Perfect,
Thinking you are stuck in tar,
"Just accept my great intellect."

What would you do?
If I told you you were strong?
What would you do?
If you lost at ping-pong?

Why do you let them tell you,
Tell you that you aren't right?
How dare they take from you,
When they are alright?

This goes to everyone,
While still directed at one,
You are the one,
To make the world one.

If I told you,
Never be kind,
Would you trust too?
I have a Broken mind.
