Cammie pov:
"Aiden Jim Beveridge, please stay right next to me" Shannon begs her son as he is running around the police station. "But I want to go outside, why do we have to be in here?" He whines as he goes by her. "Because the police wants to talk to you. They just want to ask you some questions and then we'll go back home" Cari tells him and he starts jumping up and down. "Are you coming home with us?" He asks her and she gives him a sad look. "Bud, the road is my home. I travel too much to call your home mine" she tells him and he looks like he wants to cry. "But I really miss you" He hugs her and Cari starts to tear up. "What if I make you a deal? I'll stay for one week, if you be good all the way back to LA" she says and he hugs her even tighter. "Okay. When we get home can you sleep in my room?" He asks and she looks at Shannon. She nods her head and Cari looks back at Aiden. "I guess yes. I love you Aiden" she kisses his head and he gives her the brightest smile. "I love you too, mama Cari" he says which makes her tear up.
"You're making it harder for me to leave" she gives him back to Shannon as she wipes the tears away. "You're making everyone cry aren't you?" Shannon days to him and he shrugs. "I'm sorry" he says sadly making Shannon frown. "Don't be. We just love you so much" shan says. "Shannon Beveridge" officer Ben says. "What do you need?" She stands up and walks into the office with him. "So cam, hows it going with Shannon?" Cari turns to me and I shrug. "Good. I just... never mind" I say and turn away. "No, tell me" she says sincerely. "It's just, the relationship you have with Aiden is beautiful and I will never have that with him. If I want to be with Shannon, I also have to get Aiden's trust" I say sadly as I look over to Aiden with ally. "He's a very intelligent boy. But also very sensitive. He'll let anyone in, it'll take time Cammie. Aiden will soon warm up to you" she smiles at me and I smile back. "I'm sorry for taking Shannon from you, I know she still loves you a lot" I say and she puts her hand on my shoulder. "Don't be. I love her a lot, just I wasn't her soulmate. You though, I see the way she looks at you and I hope you don't hurt her. Nor Aiden because I will hunt you down" she says seriously. "I won't. I swear on my life" she nods and I look back down at my phone now just waiting for Shannon.

Shannon pov:
"Ms. Beveridge you can sit over here" He guides me to a chair. "So we got some good news and some bad news" officer Ben starts off with. "Okay... what's the bad news?" I ask. "Well the bad news is that the girl we're looking for... is no longer in this state" he says. "What do you mean? So you guys just let a kidnapper leave this state?" I ask furiously. "We didn't even know how she looked like. All we found was the car she kidnapped your son with at the airport" he says and I nod. "Whatever what's the bad news?" I say not even looking at him. "She's out to get your family" Ben says as quickly as possible. "What!?!?!" I yell and Cari bursts through the door. "Whoa calm down shan" she says and hugs me till I'm calm. "What's up?" She asks while we're still in his office. "That lady that kidnapped aiden is out to get our family" I say and she looks like she's about to strangle someone. "How do you know?" She asks the officer. "We found pictures all over her car and in folder with all the information about your family. She's been following you guys for years" he says and I hold cari's hand. "Did you at least find her name?" I ask. "Kinda. All we know is her first name is kara" he hands me a folder of photos of us. "This is what we found" we look through it and it seems like she's been stalking all of us since we were seniors. "That bitch! Why the hell would she be stalking me?" I ask and the officer just shrugs. "Well from the pictures, we're gonna suspect that she just wanted to live your life" I nod and Cari looks through them one more time. "I don't know about you guys but most of these pictures are you with Cammie, maybe she was jealous of you being with her" I look at the pictures and notice that too. "But why take my son" I ask and she holds in the thought of Aiden being taken. "Cammie was falling in love with your son and I guess with that, kara would never get a chance with her" the officer look at Cari and nods. "You're good at this, you ever looked into law?" The officer asked her and she shakes her head. "Nah, it's just when it comes to my family, I'll do anything to keep them safe" I smile at her comment and hold her hand a little tighter. "How can we find her?" I ask. "Well she's in the move, but we talked to the airport about any passengers that fit her description and it seems like she's going back to LA" he says and I shake my head. "How the hell are we suppose to stay away from that maniac?" I ask and he gives us a few contracts. "If you want, we can get people to secure your house, make sure you're safe at all times, and we'll just watch for any suspicious activity" he suggested and I look at Cari. "Well think about it. We're gonna miss our flight back" I say and Cari nods at me. "Whatever you need just call. We'll get in contact with our finest agents if you want this. We're one call away, please look into this" the officer says and we leave.
