The teacher nodded and dismissed us to sit down.

I frowned, she didn't tell us her name...

A girl with blue-black hair waved me over, she scooted over to let me sit down.

I sat down and watched as everyone else sat down.

I rested my head in my hand, I sighed, here we go. Learning the same things I've released for the past what? 20, 30 years?

Nothing they can "teach" me will be new. Everything they think they can teach me is something I already know. Something I've been relearning for years and years. Things that if I didn't live through it, I have heard stories of it from people how have lived through it.

Everything to me- to the nations that can be learned at school we know.

Math?

Easy, ask me or any nation a math problem we can give you an answer in less than 4 seconds.

Language Arts?

Every last language on this earth we speak in fluently, we write in perfectly, we read in without stutter.

Physical Health?

We all have fought in wars, trained in the military.

Science?

We sat next to each scientist and listened to them as the explained how they found new elements, made new things, solved each problem, and we got to be the first besides the Scientist to see how it works and read over their equation.

History?

We lived it. We remember it. Wars? We caused them. Volcanic eruptions? We dealt with fevers and nausea. Earthquakes? We suffered through the head-splitting pain.

Nothing at this school will be new, no new knowledge, no new skills, and more importantly no new friends.

Why make new friends if we will leave them after the school year... and that's if we are lucky enough to stay that long.

Why make new friends with humans when I know that they will die soon?

Why would I do that to myself?

I love America and France but I couldn't go through losing someone as they did.

I couldn't, I know they both are still being hurt by their loss.

I won't lie, I know I'd miss them too.

I looked back to Destiny and Matthew, Matthew sat closest to the window. Destiny in the middle and Alfred sat by the aisle.

Sometimes I wish I could make friends with humans but, another reason we stay away from making friends with humans is to keep our secret.
