"But you've never said anything about Miraculouses," Hutt River who had just joined us continued with a frown, Seborga not far behind him.
Drago looked around and sat down crisscross on the table, "Alright, then let me tell you a story. A story about jewels that were not only pretty but magical and powerful."
Drago's icy blue eyes sparkled with excitement, just like they used to when she told us stories, "These jewels are called the Miraculous."
Destiny leaned over her legs, "Now these Miraculous hold Kwamis. Miraculous haven't been around half as long as Kwamis. And a holder of a miraculous needs both the miraculous itself and the kwami within it in order to use its powers. The power the kwami and miraculous give the human is different depending on the miraculous."
Looking up at her from the ground I moved closer, "So then what are 'Kwamis'...?"
Destiny closed her eyes, "Kwamis are sprite-like creatures that give power to people with Miraculouses. This power transforms the person into animal and insects themed powers, like superhumans. Most choose to use this for good. Though I'm not going to lie over thousands of years there have been some to choose evil."
Sealand tilted his head, "Why?"
China spoke up this time, "Power can be too much for some people."
Wy blinked, "Kwamis... that sounds familiar... Destiny I think Prussia has that written in one of his diaries."
"You read my diary?" Prussia yelled angrily.
Destiny sent a grin, "Yeah, I know you have. You see, kwamis have existed since the beginning of time. Now that I have explained what everything is. Let me get to the story," her ice-blue eyes seemed to glow and she leaned back.
"When the earth was first made and the first of us appeared-"
"You mean, Earth," Seborga cut her off.
Drago smiled softly, "Yes, when Earth first appeared, so did the first Kwami. As Earth began to experience more things, more Kwami began to appear. Soon humans came to be, and more kwami's appeared. But... The humans couldn't see them, they couldn't hear, they were completely unaware of the kwamis' existence. Being "abstract" creatures, kwamis had been born whenever a new idea, concept, or even emotion was formed in the universe. Things like mischief, creation, mathematics, and even love. As more of us personifications appeared the people the kwamis could talk to. As we were the only able to interact with them until a few thousand years ago when Earth approached a mage, who successfully helped kwamis' with interacting with the humans by creating magic jewels, which are now called Miraculouses. Because of the kwamis inhabiting them, the Miraculouses bestowed amazing power on their wearers. Earth was entrusted with these, from there she started a group. This group dedicated their lives to protect and were responsible for protecting and distributing the Miraculous for the good of all humanity. But Earth kept two on her. The two Miraculouses that are more powerful than the rest: the Ladybug Miraculous, having the power of creation and the Cat Miraculous, having the power of destruction. For the longest time, Earth was too worried to give these Miraculous to others. But she knew. She knew that she had to give them to others so that they could protect the people. And so, she chose two. She told them to never wield both Miraculouses at once. And that marked the beginning of the age of heroes. But when there are heroes there are villains," Destiny spoke softly.
"They go hand-in-hand with each other," she continued, "when those two holders died... Earth once again possessed the Ladybug and the Cat. And once again had to choose new holders. When we the personification had to go into hiding she gave the two powerful Miraculouses as well the Miraculous Spellbook to Order of the Guardians. The temple was located within the borders of China. And then one day about 100 years ago the temple was destroyed because of a mistake. I just hope that Wang Fu hasn't been beating himself up over it. His mistake could have been made by anyone, he made up for it right away. Wang Fu with China's help saved all but 2 of the Miraculous and the spellbook. The temple burned we lost the Moth Miraculous and the kwami Nooroo and the Peacock Miraculous and the kwami Duusu. If that spellbook was really destroyed in that fire then we... Then we have the only Miraculous Spell Book in existence."
"Oh no!" I gasped.
"Destiny?" Sealand asked, "Who was the first Kwami?"
Destiny smiled, "Her name is Tikki, she is the Ladybug Kwami."
"Wait, Ladybug... The hero here her Kwami is Tikki... She has one of the most powerful Miraculouses, right?"
Destiny laughed, "Yes, that's right. Tikki gives her holder the power of creation. Though judging by the way she acts she doesn't know. The other Miraculous holder here is the holder of the Cat Miraculous. With the power of destruction."
"What's that Kwami's name?" I asked excitedly.
"Plagg," England replied.
I shuffled forward, "Can you tell us about the other Miraculouses?"
Destiny gave us a small smile and stood up, "Maybe later."
"We have the last spellbook?" Sealand jumped to his feet.
Norway nodded, "Yes we have the spellbook and no Peter. You may not see or use the spellbook."
"Dang it!" He pouted.
Destiny glanced over her shoulder, she waved her hand in a "follow me" motion and kept walking.
