Humans have been around for a long time, and many centuries have passed since I held a real conversation and since I had a real human friend. I know I must be careful, but for once I'm wondering.

Should I really be so paranoid about humans?

~No One's P.O.V~

Flipping through the channels on the TV, sat on the floor were four bored little children. Well... Yes, there was four of them, and yes they were bored... Okay, fine granted they are also small, but they were not children. In fact, they were all over 20-years old.

Soon a woman with short bright fuchsia hair appeared on the screen. Before the blonde-haired boy could change the channel the only female lunged at him, to get him to give her the remote. The rest of the group wasn't surprised they fight over the smallest things.

While the two were fighting behind the youngest looking of the group- but was the oldest of the group, was watching his amber eyes never once leaving. He saw many pigeons on the screen.

"Pigeons have taken over Paris. This is just one of the many alarming situations giving the authorities cause of major concerns. Yes, I've just been told that someone named Mr. Pigeon is making an announcement."

His eyes widened, he stood up and whipped around, "Would you two quit fighting?!" His high-pitched voice caused the two to stop, "We need to talk to the others," the brunette male turned his back on the rest of the group and walked toward the stairs. He looked up to the meeting room, "Come on."

"Dude I think the World Conference can convene!  Solving all of today's problems by talking excessively! No matter how hard it seems, we can fix anything with enough meetings and photo ops. Feel free to speak honestly while protecting your chances for reelection!" America's voice echoed through the room. His bright blue eyes scanned the room, "I'll go first-"

Smack!

"No, you're not!" My favorite Hungarian spoke, "I'm sorry America, but we can't talk about Global Warming today."

America lifted his head, "I know..." He let a smile, "I wasn't going to."

Drago scoffed and crossed her arms, "Were you, were you really?"

He let out a laugh, "Well, okay... Well no."

Hungary helped him up and back into his chair, "Sorry, Alfred, but we don't know if we have much time."

America gave her a smile while rubbing his head, "It's fine! I'm okay!"

"Mr. United Nations told us to let it go..." I looked over to Liechtenstein as she spoke. She sat right next to her brother, Switzerland and her green eyes were full of worry.

I smiled at her, "Yeah, he did. But we need to figure out what we will do if they get out of the bunker."

Switzerland slammed his fist on the table, "Shoot them! Make sure they don't come back!"

I could see Austria and Prussia flinch, and I frowned as Italy looked down. I never met him but I know why they reacted that way. Holy Roman Empire. When he fell the people still knew of us, and they all believed that he fell because of a war.

But we as nations knew differently. The only way to kill a personification is with its counterpart. Which means that before we made them... There was no way to kill us. We, as personifications made our greatest weapon, and yet... Our most powerful enemy.

The Ancients had disappeared for many, many years. And when the first counterpart- the first Second Player came into play the came back, only to make their own Second Player by accident. The Ancients both Second and First Players had fallen victim to each other.

But they were not the last to fall, to their Counter Part. After almost two hundred years, almost every nation had summoned their counterpart, and the fall of the Ancients, the Holy Roman Empire, and his counterpart had fallen.

I was looking down thinking, I didn't even notice that they contained to talk and plan. Hell, I didn't even notice that they had begun to fight! Oh, well... Guess I'm just used to it.

Francis gasped, "Eh! Ah! Stop! Get your hands off me!"

I looked around me.

France and England were fighting to my left, to my right fought Turkey and Greece. America was running for his life carrying many Cheeseburgers screaming about ghosts from Russia who was trying to hit him with the Magical Metal Pipe of Pain. Canada who was the "ghost" America was screaming about was trying to get America to calm down. Denmark was being choked by Norway- who was also harassing Iceland to call him Big Brother. China was accusing Japan of "stealing" his anime ideas. Romano was yelling at Germany which was caused Italy to cry, and because Italy was crying, Germany kept trying to get him to stop, which only pissed off Romano more. Spain bothering Romano, Prussia was teasing Austria and avoiding Hungary who was trying to smack him with her frying pan. Finland was talking to Sweden- who was shielding the first from England, France, Turkey, and Greece.

I giggled looking around, this may be chaos to everyone else but to me it was funny, it was... Welcoming. This chaos was crazy but more playful than anything else. And honestly... I love it.

The chaos in the room stopped when the door opened, everyone froze in place and turned their heads to look at the front of the room. There before us stood Moldova. Moldova itself was not that old maybe 27. But his history goes back 668 years ago, and he's been around that long. He's been around that long and sometimes he acts mature other times he still acts like a child.

Moldova shuffled farther in, "France?"

The blonde smiled on his face was England's hand pressing against it, "Oui?"

The small nation tilted his head, "Another Akuma. This time has pigeons."

France sighed, "Pigeons... Oui, I understand."

China leaned over, "The Miraculous holders will deal with it."

I looked at China and frowned, miraculous...? But before I could ask China, Wy piped up.

"China... What's a 'Miraculous?'" She asked shuffling forward.

This caught Drago's attention, she weaved her way in and out of groups of people and into view, "I never told the stories of the miraculouses?"

I walked over and shook my head, "No... You've told us of Ancient Greece, Britannia, Scandinavia, Rome, and Holy Rome."

Sealand took a step forward, "You've told us the stories of the Second Player, and how each one came to be."

Ladonia spoke next, "You have even told us the story of why we hide, and what life was like before."

"But you've never said anything about Miraculouses," Hutt River who had just joined us continued with a frown, Seborga not far behind him.

Drago looked around and sat down crisscross on the table, "Alright, then let me tell you a story. A story about jewels that were not only pretty but magical and powerful."

Drago's icy blue eyes sparkled with excitement, just like they used to when she told us stories, "These jewels are called the Miraculous."
