Ch 1

Daniel

"Mom...you know we could just stay home " I complained.
"Not happening boys "mom said.she had made up her mind.

You know me and my brother Damien are not really a fan of school. We could have dropped out long ago but our parents, more our mother kept pushing us to go.

Tomorrow is the first day of the year at school and it will be a tiring one . people will be talking a lot tomorrow. Discussing their holidays and other craps.

It's not like school is boring it's just the fact that there are lots of humans there.Yep humans. Like our parents me and my twin brother are werewolves. We live in our pack The Everest  pack and our father is the alpha and my brother is soon to be the next.

"Well...I'll soon be alpha " Damien said looking at mother.

"So? "

"I could stay home and help out father with the pack businesses "Damien said excitedly.

"Nah...I could manage "dad said leaning on the couch "in fact your mother is a luna for a reason "

"Come on dad.....I can do better than mom " Damien's excitement had long gone.

"excuse me son?"mom clearly didn't like to be underestimated "what dis you say? "

"I only said. ...."

"I don't think you want to repeat that "I whispered to my brother.

"Nothing mom " Damien realised his mistake.

"What I thought "she smiled.

"Dad we don't need a degree to make a living "Damien said.

"And what make you say that? "

"We're already rich "I said as a matter of fact.

"We?"he laughed at me and Damien.

"Yeah...We " Damien added "Why is it funny? "

"My dear sons..."he laughed more "we are not rich but me and my wife are rich"

"And we're your only children "I said smiling as I has made a point.

"The money is also for the pack boys "dad said and his face turn serious "boys you are my sons and I want you to be independent in the future "he paused to take a deep breath "Damien as a future alpha I'm expecting you to be responsible and smart enough to make wise decision in the future for the pack....and you Daniel as a beta you need to be prepared also your brother may need your advice and you have to be there for him"

"That so sweet hun"mom poke dad's lips.

"I know I'm sweet babe "dad said pulling mom on hip lap as if he didn't say something to us they start playing. What the heck. I clear my throat.

"If we're a third wheel just tell us to leave "I said not wanting to see them act like teenagers.

"We're not holding you "mom said not looking at us.

"Have fun than "Damien said laughing and mom blushed.

Going outside we all sigh and look at each other.our mission failed. We wanted to convince mom that school wasn't necessary but instead we got some speech from dad.

As we walk downstairs from our father's office we met Katherine. Damien ' s mate and our next luna.

"What's up my boys? "She said with a bright smile.

"The sky and I'm your only boy "Damien growl a little.

"Hello my lady "I'm trying to tease my brother by pulling his mate into a hug.

"Keep your hands to yourself Daniel " Damien push me out of the way and Katherine laughed at him and I join in.

My brother don't like anyone touching his woman.

"I was waiting for you "Katherine said a little serious "Alex said you guys were with your father "

"Yeah "I said with a sigh.

"What?"

"They're making us go to school again "Damien pout and his mate laugh.

"Is that why you guys look like hell?"

"If you're the devil himself than you sure know how the he'll looks like" I said to her.

"Hey "she smack the back of my head "I was kidding "

"I know "I added " I got go guys "

"Me too "Damien said following me and we heard Katherine mumble.

"Damn twins "she sighed.

"We heard you " we said in unison.

"That was my plan " she sarcastically said.

Damien went to work out and I went to find our buddy Alex.
