Crazy how time flies when a year ago, everything was different. Different for everyone, not just Rachel.
Sky blue won the NWSL Championship against Orlando Pride, all thanks to Sammy Kerr. Rachel did end up playing this season.
Lucy and Steph on the other hand are having trouble back in Manchester with their team. The girls haven't bonded and connected as well as they did when a certain player was there.
Conor and Rachel have grown stronger as a couple, a married couple at that. They eloped after being together for nearly three years, and didn't tell anyone that they're married.
Lucy and Rachel haven't lost contact this time and are close as ever but not as close as Lucy thinks. In fact, Rachel's kept in contact with all of them really but talks to Jill, Lucy, Izzy and Steph the most.
Jack started kindergarten. He loves it there, Kelley has to drag him out most days. Kelley and Jack clicked right away and they've been best friends since. Same with Sam and Kailen.
