Bree's POV
There was a knock on my door so I pushed my chair out and walked over. I opened it to see Dad standing there. I opened the door wider and he stepped in and I closed it behind him. He sat on the edge of my bed and I sat back down on my desk chair.

"What can I do for you?"

He turned his head to look at me and smiled sadly. He reached over and took my hands into his and squeezed them. He kissed the back of the softly and I saw his eyes water.

"Your moms and I have come to an agreement that maybe it's best if you move in with aunt Ash and aunt Ali."
"You can't be serious! Why would I do that?"
"Baby girl don't get upset. We just think you need a break from everything here."
"Bullshit!"
"Bree! You watch your language young lady."

I yanked my hands out of his and stood up abruptly and my chair hit the desk. I walked out of the room and stormed down the stairs into the kitchen where mom, Mum, grandma Steph, Nana Alex and granny Chris were sitting at the table. They were talking and didn't hear me come in.

"Rach, it's for the best. With Jack and Conor leaving she'll be alone. At least in Orlando she'll have a fresh start. No one will know her and who her parents are."
"Please take care of my baby mum. She's all I have left."
"You know I will Rach."

I could feel the tears fall from my eyes and mum was the first to notice me standing there. She stood up abruptly and began to walk towards me. I held my hand out to stop her and she looked at me as hurt flashed through her eyes.

"What's wrong Bree?
"So it's true? He's telling me the truth."
"Whats true?"
"Do you not want me anymore or something?"
"Woah, Bree. What are you talking about? Who told you that?"
"I can't believe you're sending me off to Orlando because of the mistake y'all made with Jack."

I ignored them all calling my name as I walked out of the house. I walked out to the front yard and froze when I saw Jack filling his trunk with bags. He looked up and frowned when he saw me but then it turned to an angry scowl as he marched over.

"I'll kill them."
"Why are you putting all those bags in to your car?"

He looked between me and the house for a few seconds. He walked behind me and wrapped his arms around me. He leaned his head against mine and held me close.

"Remember all those games of pick we used to play together when you were younger?"
"Oh I remember. I always kicked your ass."
"Oh really?"

I looked at him as he smirked evilly. He ran inside and left me alone in confusion. I was just about to walk inside but he came back out with our cleats in his hands.

"I challenge you to a game of pick up at the field."
"Let's go!"

We ran to his car and his closed his trunk and put our cleats in the back. It was only a five minute drive to the field and we arrived in no time. We got out and put on our cleats. Jack was finished before me and jogged onto the grass with the ball. After finishing lacing up my cleats I followed him out.

We played for hours but it only felt like minutes. The sun was beginning to set and it made the sky a pinkish orange as we laid on our backs. I turned my head to the side to look at Jack and saw he was already looking at me sadly. I scooted closer to him and rested my head on his chest as he ran her hand through my hair.

"You're gonna leave as well aren't you?"
"Only until I can find a steady job and then I'll come back for you. Me and you against the world?"
"Me and you against the world."

Jack hugged me tighter and I sighed in content. Our moment was disturbed by the sound of a car door closing. We both sat up to see aunt Jill making her way over. She looked upset and I turned to look at Jack. Jack sighed and slowly stood up and helped me up. Jill finally reached us and pulled us both int o a tight hug, which we both gladly returned.
