Rachel's POV
Nine Months Ago

I sat on the toilet looking off into space in disbelief. Conor leaned against the sink and sighed. I could hear Jack playing down the hall in his new playroom.

"Look, these things aren't reliable. I'll make an appointment with the doctor for tomorrow and they can tell us."
"Conor, all five of them say positive. If that's not proof enough what makes you think doing the exact same thing in a doctors room will make a difference?"
"So, I guess this is really happening."
"I guess so."
"We're having a baby."
"We're having a baby."

I stood up and looked at Conor. He beamed at me and lunged for me. He picked me up and spun me around. I chuckled and hugged him tight.

"I'm still making that appointment for tomorrow. Just to be sure."
"Thank you."

He walked out of the bathroom practically skipping and I sighed. I looked down at the pregnancy sticks and saw positive on all of them.

Last month

"I can't believe you're actually leaving. Can't you see that I need you here with me?"
"Rachel, this is my job. I can't just take time off like you can."
"You're unbelievable."
"You won't be alone. You have Kelley and Hope if you ever need help."
"You know what, fuck off Conor. Leave, I honestly couldn't give a shit anymore but just know that if you leave don't come back. I'm tired of you leaving and telling me it's to do with work when all of your teammates are at home with their families."

Conor walked out of the kitchen and slammed the door shut behind him. I sighed and sat down on the chair and put my hand on my big tummy. I looked down at it and frowned.

"I promise I'll never abandon you little one. Your brother and I will love you no matter what. We can't wait to have you here with us. Maybe you'll make everything right. Come soon baby girl. I can't wait to meet you."

Today

I looked down at the small being in my arms and smiled. I softly rubbed my thumb against her cheek as I watched her sleep. My phoned buzzed next to me and I read the notification to tell my taxi was here.

I set her into her car seat carefully and tied her in. I gathered everything and walked out of the lobby to meet driver. He smiled at me and walked over to take my bags and I thanked him. Jack decided to be a good boy and helped as I got into the back with the car seat and took a strong hold to it. Jack got in next to me and I put on his seatbelt.

The drive was relatively short and the driver helped me with everything and didn't drive away until I got in safety inside the stadium. From there, a security guard helped me to my box seats and I thanked him.

I saw Stephen and Amelia and I smiled Jack ran straight towards them. I walked over towards them and Amelia saw me and ran towards me, giggling. I set the car seat down and kneeled as she came running into my arms. I picked her up and held her close and smothered her in kisses.

"Hi baby. Look at how big you've gotten. I love your shoes."
"Aunty Lucy picked them out for me. Hey, they're just like yours. We're twinning."
"Yeah we are."

I looked up and saw Stephen looking at us, smiling. Jack had found his old spot on his back and I smiled. I looked down at her and carefully took her out of the car seat. I looked at Stephen and saw his eyes pop open. Amelia was looking at her in amazement and I smiled. I walked over to Stephen and stood in front of front of him as he looked between me and her.
