Chapter 6.

I got back home from tally on Sunday, I had a good little break but now I was back at work and school. I haven't talked to Theo yet but he sure has been blowing up my phone.

After class, I was walking to my car to go home when Theo called me.

"Hello" I answered annoyed with how much he's been blowing me.

"Hey can we talk"

"I'll meet you at your place in 15 minutes"

"Ok"

I left school and went on my way to talk to Theo I was not in the mood to argue but I had to get to the bottom of things. When I pulled up to his house he was outside leaning against his car, I got out my car and walked up to him.

"You want to go inside?"

"No I'm good here, but wassup?" I asked wanting him to start this talk

"Look I'm sorry for ruining your vacation but you can't blame me for getting mad, you're hiding things that should've been said since we started talking. Finding out from someone else that your girlfriend does hoe activities is wrong"

I laughed at his last comment. "Hoe activities let me ask you this. Have you ever caught me with another guy?"

"No" He answered.

"Am I sexually active?"

"No"

"Ok so tell me how I would be able to do hoe activities, if I'm not in school I'm at work, and if I'm not at work I'm in school. Any time between that I'm at home doing homework, or I'm at church, or I'm with you, I'm not understanding this here. Everything was fine before I went to tally but the minute I stepped foot in our state's capital city you want to trip over what though? Because I was in the same room with my best friend doing absolutely nothing but chilling while he was occupied on his phone and laptop"

"I told you already I don't trust that nigga"

"Why? What did he ever say or do to me or you that made you not trust him? Do you even know his name? I don't even think so, so that only proves you don't know shit about him to be saying you don't trust the man. He told you from jump what it was when you were concerned but this right here" I pointed in between us "Proves to me that you were only ok with what we both told you because we were six hours away from each other."

"You damn right, I told you from jump that I don't trust that guy and girl best friend shit"

"Why not?"

"I got homeboys whose low key fucking their girl best friend; I have homeboys who would drop everything we doing to go to their female best friend when she's having a problem, now with being in a relationship with somebody else how does that look?"

"I'm not fucking my best friend for starters. two, you can't be mad at that, best friends are supposed to be there for each other, but if you're in a relationship with somebody else it wouldn't be wrong but it's better to go talk to your mate about it first but that's depending on the issue."

"Whatever Shanice, obviously you're so pressed and stuck up this niggas ass so go be with him"

I instantly got pissed off at this point, my voice got higher so now I was yelling. "What the fuck do you want me to do Theodore? You assuming shit from what a mysterious person told you on top of that you want me to stop fucking with my best friend because you don't trust him? Boy go fuck yourself please, I don't have fucking time for this, one thing I truly do hate is when you come into my life thinking that you can control who I can and cannot fuck with, if he's not a threat to our relationship why am I dropping him? How do I even know if our relationship was going to last long anyway, exactly, we don't fucking know so I would've lost somebody important to my life for someone who wasn't a damn motherfucking factor in the first place. If you really think I was going to come here and reason with you for how stupid you sound you got me fucked up, fuck you Theo, I'm out."
