Chapter 27

I woke up to be in a hospital room, I look around worriedly to find no one there. I calmed down and was remembering what happened, I blacked out at Mikey's rescuing everyone.

Dad, Corbyn, Jack, Zach, and Daniel entered with tears running down their faces. I was confused and was about to ask when they ran to me and all hugged me from different angles. "Maddy, we love you so much" Daniel said laughing through tears of joy.

"I love you guys too" I said. They all got up and brought chairs around the bed while Zach stayed by my side on the left side of the bed.

"Do you remember what happened" Dad asked. "Yeah, I was at Mikey's rescuing you guys, when I cut my hand, and Corbyn wrapped it up in a tea towel and hugged me, when I hugged him back it was like out of nowhere I just blacked out" I explained. I quickly looked at my hand in realization to see it stitched up.

I let out a sigh of relef knowing that they stitched it up. "Well, the doctors think that the cause of you blacking out was due to lack of sleep" Daniel said. "They are actually true, I haven't slept in almost a week, How long was I out?" I asked. "A few days, and don't worry we recorded and uploaded your videos for you" Zach said.

"Thanks, and I would have expected to be out longer, but this is more exciting" I said. A nurse walked in and everyone turned to her as she said, "You must be wondering when you can be released sweetheart." I nodded and as she handed me papers she said, "You can be released right now, just take it easy for the next day or two."

I started writing the release form and said "Okay, I'll do that." A few moments later I gave the release papers back and she gave Corbyn crutches. Daniel got up, I swung my feet over the side and looked at Corbyn confused. The nurse exited the room done with us and went on to her next patient.

"They found that you have a sprained foot in your right" Corbyn said handing the crutches to me. I shrugged and took them from him. They all smiled as Daniel helped me stand up, and I got the crutches under my arms.

"Go ahead Maddy" Corbyn said. "Thanks" I said and made my way out the door and down the hall with the boys on both sides that made a straight line. We got loads of stares and jaw-drops as we came into the waiting room, and we exited with everyone looking out the windows at us.
