"Yeah I have visions to! Ones of us not dying!!" Viper Strike yowled.
"Wolf Fur! Viper Strike!" Little Ear made his way out of his den and down the rock to the two siblings. "Why are you two hissing at each other?"
"It's nothing Little Ear." Viper Strike turned to pad away.
"Yeah. Nothing." Wolf Fur grumbled and watched her go. He wanted to argue with her further but Ginger Foot had trotted up to her of course.
Viper Strike nuzzled him. "Your brother again?" He asked. She nodded her head. Ginger Foot licked her ear. Violet Leaf padded to nuzzle into Wolf Fur's neck, which the tom accepted. Viper Strike purred.
"You shouldn't fight so much." Violet Leaf meowed to Wolf Fur.
"You're right. I'm just trying to do the right thing.." he told her.
"But you know she's right." The black and ginger she-cat told him.
"Yeah." The tom licked her forehead. She purred. He purred back, a warm smile on his face.
Ginger Foot sighed. "Wolf Fur shouldn't have said that. You're trying to do what's right just as much as he is." He mewed in Viper Strike's ear, his warm breath causing it to twitch. Viper Strike purred and nodded her head. The white and ginger tom smiled. "Better?" He asked kindly. The green eyed she-cat nodded. "Yeah." She replied. Running Fern enetred camp and head straight for the den where Eagle's Speck and Dove's Pelt were resting in with prey. He was Dove's Pelt's mate. And he wanted to make sure that his mate and kits were healthy. "Running Fern sure is hunting. More than I've ever seen." Ginger Foot meowed. Sage Pelt was in some corner of the camp, Night Wing by her side. Robin Heart was washing her tail beside Leaping Breeze. Hawthorn was talking to Owl in a part of the camp. Shade was looking at his claws. Little Ear was watching the camp through half closed eyes. The snowy camp entrance rustled. Little Ear shot up to his paws. Were they on the verge of being under attack? Was it the rogues again?
Viper Strike growled, her claws unsheathed. A gray she-cat limped into camp, covered in scratches all over her muzzle. "Please... help me.. they tried to kill me." She mewed. Rue dashed over. Thresh hobbled after her. "Rue wait! We don't even know her!" He yowled after his companion. Violet leaf ran over after the black and brown she-cat.
"Pinecone! He tried to kill me. He said since I didn't hurt anyone in the attack, he tried to kill me.." the she-cat was curled in a ball of fear. Viper Strike let her hackles rise. That heap of wolf-dung!
"Hey easy. It's ok." Violet leaf nudged her. The she-cat was interrupted from her thoughts of her wounding the tom from the battle. "My name is Nettle." The gray she-cat mewed. Violet Leaf smiled. "I'm Violet Leaf." She purred.
"Greetings Nettle. I hope you like it here." Little Ear meowed. The gray she-cat's eyes were wary, fear was still inside them. Did she think forest cats were as bad as the cats in Twolegplace?
Violet leaf helped her up. Nettle slowly got to her shaking paws. "Pl-please don't hurt me.."
"We would never." Rue meowed. Nettle jumped back in fear. Prentice drew over to her gently. "We're all nice here." She purred.
