The forest's cold still remained. Wolf Fur sat beside Violet Leaf. "I'm so glad you're okay." She mewed in relief. The tom purred and licked her cheek. "I know." His mew was soft. Little Ear surveyed the camp. Grass Shadow and Speckle Leap were talking to each other. Meanwhile, Running Fern and Dove's Pelt were with their kits. Pigeon Talon sat staring up at the sky. She suddenly started to shake. "W-wolves.. wolves.. there will be wolves." She mewed.
"Oh no, it's one of her feelings again." Gray Sky rumbled. Deer Snout, clouted him over the ear. Piegon Talon's eyes widened. "Trial shall rule the day, but a cat of ours we won't be able to save!" The lilac tabby she-cat yowled, tipping her head back, tail twitching and fluffing up as her fur stood on end. The group all stared at her. Rue blinked slowly. "A cat of ours we won't be able to save?" She echoed in confusion. Pigeon Talon had finished speaking then staggered back. "It was the ancestors.. they sent me a message. W-we have to fight the wolves." She meowed.
"And how do you suppose we do that without dying?" Sage Pelt asked.
"I could give an idea." Nettle piped up.
