Q2: "how long does it take you to write a chapter" - oleffcurls A: it honestly depends, if i really put my heart and soul into it, it takes me like an hour or two. if i'm suffering from writers block it can take me anywhere from a week to a month to a few months. my other books fell victim to it lmao school also plays a big factor. i don't have much spare time anymore so that's why the chaps won't be out daily as much anymore
Q3: "how did you come up with the idea for the story" - JadeEileen6725 A: i really wanted to make a fresh oc for a richie story. i'd already made a richie fanfic called darling (first richie x oc fic on wattpad woooo) and it was based on the book and i wanted to re make it but for the movie, but i was so excited that i wanted to make an entirely new character but based on the movie. i love melanie martinez and i loved the nickname "crybaby" so that's what birthed it all :)))
Q4: "if stan and eddie were to fight, who would win" - universtiles A: i feel like stan would just give up n be like "death take me pls" and eddie would give up bc he would be like "omg can you get aids from hitting someone??" so can i go for option 3. they both lose and go get ice cream?
Q5: "why did you decide to write the book and how did you come up with the idea" - MavisProductions A: well, at the time there WAS NO RICHIE FICS n i was dying :(((( i had already written one and that was literally the only richie fic on wattpad for ages until the fandom got more popular, for the idea i've already kinda answered this but i also love the movie leon and lowkey ship young natalie w finn

Q8: "how do you think of idea for chapters" - Mehlifeeeee A: well, i know the book basically off by heart so i initially based out the chapters based on the book and when the movie came out i made edits to certain parts. i had the entire story already planned out and have little bits written for every chap, it's just stringing them all together that's the tricky part. sometimes tho i do make major changes to what i've planned (e.g. lizzy was supposed to be beaten up by henry before the rock fight in a tunnel, there was supposed to be a flashback to before frankie's death showing what her fear was etc)
Q9: "if you could be anyone in the losers club who would you be" - t-tozier A: personally i'm most like richie (n i'm the og richie, i'm not one of those girls that watched the movie n was like oMg!!! I aM sO lIkE rIcHiE!!!) so i'd probably choose him so i don't have to change very much. but book richie bc his parents are so nice in the book but in the movie they apparently "neglect him" wtf #justiceformaggieandwentworth
Q10: "have you read all +1100 pages of the og book" - bugheadaf A: yup!! i read it when i was 12 n that's when i fell in love with richie. i was vv inactive in the fandom tho bc literally there used to be zero content for it stans :((( in my version of the book there's 1300+ pages i have a fanfic based on the book but it's inactive rn. i'll finish it one day tho

Q13: "why did you decide to do twins?" - Twenyonepiolts A: well, i did twins in my other story darling and this story was lowkey originally just intended to be a movie version of that but i got inspired and decided to make it its own thing with a few references to darling (e.g. twins, the fear is the dead twin etc). my brothers are twins too, so i kinda understand that tight knit bond from the outside looking in. i also think it must be so terrifying to see yourself as a form of It so yeah in my next IT fic there will be no twins tho, soz
