"You need to have a break.." Dr. Gu tapped my shoulder lightly. He just entered the room and I didn't notice her. I was too preoccupied thinking about Jung Kook. 'What to do? What will happen? What If?' those questions were repeating and echoing inside my brain.

I checked the clock and it was past 9pm already. I got through my wrist watch to double check and it has the same time. I sighed. I was there straight and didn't mind about anything else except Kookie's condition.

Dr. Gu handed me a paper bag. I looked at her and she smiled. "Get it" she said. I also got it from her. I checked what's inside and took it out. I was surprised that it was a packed meal as I can see it through its transparent lunchbox. I looked at Dr. Gu again who's now checking on Kookie's vitals.

"Te ... thank you ... doc ..." I said stammering putting back the lunch box inside the paper bag and stocking it beside me. She looked at me pausing from writing.

"Na ahh~ .. " Doc smiled. "That's from the gentleman who brought Kookie here. He said it's for you." Doc continued as she also continued writing.

I looked at Doc in awe. What!? – Oh no! It's Jin! Where's Jin? I forgot him since I entered Kookie's room. I was too dumb to forget that he was outside the room! Ottoke?! AISH! I am really dumb!

I stood up and went outside fast hoping to catch Jin outside. I brushed off my sight through the corridors looking for Jin but I failed as I can't find him. Suddenly, I walked back inside the room. I closed the door and sat heavily on the couch while looking on the floor.

"He left already?" Doc Gu asked me as she sat on Kookie's side. She removed the stethoscope from her ears and put it around her neck.

"Hmm." I moaned answering her yes. I sighed as I leaned on the couch. I looked at the ceiling and closed my eyes. But as I closed those, I saw Jin's face. I saw him smile because of happiness. I was supposed to sleep when my stomach woke me up and growled. I smirked as I opened my eyes.

"Honey, I am going..." Doc Gu caught my attention. I looked at her. "But I will be back later. I'll just have to eat. Uhh – you too dear, eat that packed meal." She pointed at the lunchbox beside me. "It look delicious." She said and smiled.

I gave her a smile too and nodded. This time my feeling's lighter. "Yes doc. I will eat this." I said as I acted getting the lunch box. Doc then proceeded walking through the door while saying, 'I'll be back later'.

As soon as doc got out from the room, I got the lunch box out from the paper bag. But as I lifted it, a note fell from inside. I picked up the note and read it.

'Babe, I cooked this. You need to eat huh? Jung Kook will not be pleased if you skip a meal.'

I was pained as I read his last sentence. He was trying to motivate me even using his rival's name. I smiled as I folded it in half and put it inside the bag. I got my phone to call Jin to say my thanks but I was disappointed as I knew that my phone's drained empty.

"AISH! Wrong timing!" I said as leaned back. After a sec of breathing, I opened the box and started eating.

"<Y/N> ... <Y/N> ..." a felt a slight nag on my shoulder. I opened my eyes and it was Doc. Gu who's trying to wake me up. I then fixed and composed myself. I feel asleep watching over Jung Kook who's still unconscious.

"Im Sorry Doc, I fell asleep." I tried to apologize. I touched my shoulders as it was numb. Doc then smiled at me. "I need to talk to you." She said and I agreed.

Doc Gu sat beside me. The couch's a little big so we sat side by side. I don't know but I felt a kind of nervousness. I felt a strange feeling. Doc Gu may seemed to be very serious about something. Suddenly, she got my hands and looked at me.

"Doc?" I tried to ask.

She sighed and smiled. "I need you to convince Jung Kook to go back to London." She said directly. I was out of words staring blank at her. Doc Gu looked at Kookie. "He will be conscious anytime now..." I too looked at Jung Kook, that's a relief perhaps. "So if ever you have the chance to talk to him, convince him to go back to London as soon as possible." Doc Gu looked back at me.

"<Y/N> ..." *sighes "He needs to go back to London and undergo chemo. It's ... it's his last hope." She said tearing.

I felt like a huge pile of blocks fell down on my shoulders. "Last hope?" I repeated as I gulped trying to hold myself from crying.

Doc. Gu nodded wiping out the tears on her cheeks. Her love for Jung Kook as her own child is really great. I hugged her trying to be strong. But unconsciously, a tear fell from my eye.
