Waking up with swollen eyes is not good for Sunday. It's a brand new day and yesterday's yesterday. This time, I should do better not for them but for the very least, for myself. I rushed through my bathroom to fix myself. Today, I am going back.

I called our house personnel as I finished getting ready.

"Uhh ... hello? ... yah ... I am going home ... yah ... bye~" I ended the call and left my unit.

I was waiting for the taxi that the apartment employee called to fetch me. But it's taking so long. Like I've been waiting for around ten minutes now and I am getting impatient.

"Where's the taxi?" I asked myself looking for the street where it should be coming out. A few minutes more and a horn from a yellow painted taxi surprised me. I sighed and gave the driver a frown as I get it.

"To this address please?" I said as I hand him a note where my address was written. The driver then nodded as he got the note from me. Finally, I am on my way home.

I sat comfortably on the back seat leaning. As our home was quite far, I closed my eyes and eventually took a power nap.

After almost twenty minutes napping, I rubbed my eyes as I woke up. I blinked it on and off as I fixed the way I am sitting. I brushed off my sight on the window to check where I was.  But after acknowledging the corner that we we're supposed to enter, I got my senses back when I noticed that we're heading the wrong way.

"Excuse me!? I think we're heading the wrong way!" I exclaimed as I shook the driver seat. But the driver's not responding nor stopping. It's as if he's not hearing me.

"Hey! EXCUSE ME! STOP THE CAR!" I exclaimed louder but the driver just smirked. Now I am feeling nervous. But I still managed to get the maneuver and drag it to the other side. "I SAID STOP THE CAR!" The taxi then wobbled almost hitting another car from the opposite side.

"WHAT THE- ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL US!?" The driver shouted at me.

I then stopped and looked at him. I removed his hat and I got surprised that it was Jin.

"JIN!???" I exclaimed with my eyes almost sticking out.

Jin then smiled at me and winked. "Hi babe!" he greeted me while looking at the mirror above his head.

We parked in an empty lot on the river side nearby my place. We sat at the hood facing the river. An awkward silence was in between. I felt I have a lot to say but words can't come out from my mouth. It was like zip locked. Jin too, wasn't moving an inch.

"I~" we said in chorus. "I'm sorry" we still said in chorus looking at each other. We smiled as we finally said what we have to say.

Jin then reached his hands and pulled me in his arms. I hugged him too. It was relieving. It was comforting. I missed it. He then released me and kissed me in my forehead. I smiled seeing his face at peace. Unlike yesterday where he was like a monster that would eat me alive anytime.

"Are we ..." I said trying to ask him if we're okay now.

Jin cut me out and said, "We're fine. We're strong that's all." He said smiling hugging me again.

But soon after I hugged him too, I blew a strong slap at his back.

"Aww!" he complained brushing off the part where I hit him. "What's that for?" he asked me with a frown.

"Yah! You scared me earlier! Why do you have to play that taxi prank on me!?" I asked him complaining

He then laughed and looked at me. "It's because that's my way to ... to ... AHH! That's what I thought of! Why do you have to ask!?" he answered feeling embarrassed with his prank. I laughed at him and laughed at me too.

"Thank You ..." I asked as I got off from the taxi. He closed the door and stared at me. I gave him a frowning look.

He smiled and winked. "Babe ..." he got my hands and pressed it. "I will never let you go... Never..." he said kissing my hands.

I looked at him intently and smiled. "Thank You ..." it's all I have to say. Hooh.
