Chapter Four

He nodded, leaning his head down to mine. This felt like this was happening in slow motion, his bottom lip brushed my top before finding its way back down. As both of our lips met in the correct place my heart started to splutter in response. This was happening too soon!

I didn't know what I was doing, I mean yeah, I was a kissing a guy I knew off the Internet but hey at least he wasn't some perverted freak. Well, he wasn't being perverted in anyway.... Not yet anyway. I snaked my arms around his neck and pulled him closer into me. His mouth opened slightly and he tailed his slick tongue on my bottom lip asking for access, I suppose. I allowed him it and our breath started to mix and our tongues started to tango.

I pulled back after what seemed like a long time. My breathing was hard and I held my stomach for air. I was literally gasping! Man this guy right here! He was moving a little too fast for me. Yeah, that was an amazing kiss or whatever but this doesn't mean anything is happening between us. "Uh," I said still breathless.

"I'm sorry... Well not really, you kissed me back." He smiled bluntly. Geesh, was he trying to be cool now? He ran his fingers through his long black hair and then rolled his neck, cracking it.

"Yeah, I know I kissed you back, I was kind of you know there." I smiled shyly at him. This was sort of embarrassing. He wrapped his long arms around my waist and pulled me closer to him. I could smell the sweet peppermint toothpaste on him as he blew his breath on me. The scent made me dizzy. He lean down again and pressed his lips gently on mine, once, twice, three times. Oh, gawd my knees became weak with excitement. "What are you doing?" I asked, my voice was lazy.

He didn't answer right away he just stared deep into my eyes. His dense green eyes held a story so deep. They were telling a story to me that was only filled with sadness, but at this moment they sparkled with something extra I couldn't explain. "I don't know." He whispered, well I think he whispered it. He moved his arm from around me and back away, so there was room in between us.

When his skin left from mine, I almost wanted to reach out and pull him back onto mine. He was so warm. I wanted that warm feeling back on me. But I guess it will have to wait. "Oh," was all I could say this was kind of awkward now. I pushed my hair back with trembling fingers. I gave a shaky laugh and went back to the swing. He followed as I would hope, but he didn't sit on the swing next to me. He sat on the slide that was away from me. "So, why'd you say you like me?" I asked only out of curiosity. Maybe...

"I don't know... Let's not talk about it okay? This shouldn't have to be awkward." He told me quickly. I wonder why he said it so fast! Was he scared he might say something wrong to me? I bent my head down looking at the wood-chips. I don't know why my feelings were hurt. But I guess it didn't matter. Maybe he just needed to get a few kisses out of his system.

"Okay, it won't be awkward then," I told him as I looked up and smiled.

We spent about two hours at the park before he took us back to my home. It was a nice after we got past the fact that he told me he liked me then just didn't want to talk about it anymore. Well we didn't talk about it at all because I guess he was scared. It shouldn't even matter to me because I DON'T LIKE HIM. He was cute and all but he just wasn't my type. I shouldn't even be thinking about this. Even though I want to think about this, I can't because I am in a committed relationship with my computer. Yes... my computer... I sound pathetic.

I went up the stairs of my house and run my fingers in my hair. Man, I needed to pee by the time I got up them. I went to the bathroom that was closest to my room. It was only a half bathroom just a sink and a toilet, small, and something that looked like a closet.

After I went and took a wazz I washed my hands and went to my room going straight to my tech-boyfriend. My Mac Lap-top was sexy I swear. It had a handsome case that was black with a superman sticker. The keys were a dark black and the mouse was so soft under my fingers. Man you got to love my boyfriend, so sexy!

I wanted to log onto Justin.TV but... I was afraid he might be watching. I really didn't want to talk to eatmysoulout right now. It would just be so awkward. Instead I logged onto wattpad. That was the site I loved to read stories. The story I am currently reading is called: My Wattpad Love. It is amazing! I mean awesome! The love in there has me addicted. I went to see if she had uploaded and she didn't, "Cold_Lady.... I thought you were my friend!" I whined a little.

I was going to look for another book to read, but then someone bang on my door. Grr. Well not grr I needed a distraction.

"Jessica," a familiar voice yelled. The voice was my best-friends ever since grade k. Anesha Evans. That girl puts the ghe in ghetto, but it’s okay because I LOVE her to death! "Jessica if you don't open this door right now Imma cut you!" Eh, I don't think she could possibly be kidding when she yells like that. I stand up from my computer chair and open the door hastily; I didn't want to risk getting cut.

"Yes, Anesha love?" I greeted her when she walked into my room flipping her weave. May I add, it did compliment her nice brown skin. The weave she was wearing had to be human because it moved with her steps instead of staying in one spot stiffly.

"Don't ‘Anesha love’ me! I saw you at the park! You didn't even say hi!" She was joking, I hope. But she looked dead serious! Her brows were set and a her nose was flared. Oh, she wasn't joking at all! This had me scared. So scared.

"Oh, you saw me?" I asked her timidly, sitting on the edge of my bed. She hovered over me rolling her neck in disapproval. She looked over me and just huffed out a disgusted sound.

"Yes, I SAW you, but that's not all I saw," She lowered her face to mine and did that sound again. "I saw Roman too. Then I followed you. I know stalkerish right? But no, no, no! I couldn't let you get away without saying hi to me, your best friend! So I followed and then I saw what you did! Really Jessica! You weren't even going to tell me! Your best friend. We are practically sisters!" Oh god, she saw him kiss me! No! My cheeks flushed a scarlet and my mouth parted a little.

"I was going to tell you... It’s not like you haven't told me stuff. Might I remind you, you didn't tell me when you lost your virginity to Shane, so don't get all mad at me for not telling you. I kissed a guy. Mine wasn't even as major as yours and I didn't freak like you are freaking now!"

"Right... my bad girl you know I love you." She gave me a hug pressing my face into her Double D sized boobs.

"I love you too," I mumbled into her king sized rack. I felt her chest vibrate when she laughed. I had to push her away I needed to breath! "Never do that again!" I huffed.

"Whatever, now tell me about the kiss!"

"No!"

"Yes!"

"No!"

"Yes, if you love me yes!" She was playing the ‘if you love me game’ now. I narrowed my eyes because I knew she would win because she always did. Only because if I told her no she would start crying and I would feel bad at the end.

"Fine!" And then I told her.
