The Sleepover > Chapter 8

*After the chapter 8 preview*

···Hayden's POV···

Kenz was also an AMAZING singer. But Annie and I have been working on 'Little Do You Know' for weeks. Mark and Brynn are singing 'The Girl Is Mine' by Paul McCarthy. Lauren and Brandon are singing 'Roses' by Shawn Mendes that they somehow made into a Duet. Jacob and Kenzie didn't know what too sing.

"Hmm.. What about Closer?" Jacob asks while running his fingers through his hair.  "No!" Kenzie quickly said. My heart sank when I realized why she said no "Sorry.. That's the last song Johnny and I sang together..." she says looking down at her feet. "No Kenz I'm sorry I didn't realize!" he hugs her. We all pull her onto a group hug.

"I'm fine.." she wipes a tear away.  "Anyways.. How about we make Memories by Shawn Mendes onto a Duet?" she asks.  "Yeah I love that song and my dude Shawn" Jacob says.

Annie and I go first, Then Mark and Brynn after them Lauren and Brandon. And last Mackenzie and Jacob.

Kenzie and Jacob won 1st, Annie and I won 2nd, Mark and Brynn got 3rd and Lauren and Brandon got last because they don't sing much.

We gave Kenzie and Jacob chocolate rose for winning. Seems a little much.. But they did AMAZING!

We started making dinner.

"Does anyone know how to make Pizza?" Brandon asks.  "I do!" Annie and Lauren yell at the same time. They laugh.  We get the ingredients to make the Pizza.

···Jacob's POV···

We start making the Pizza dough. Brandon of course made his really watery so he had to start over.

After the Pizza dough was made we start tossing it up into the air. And again.. Brandon tosses his up too high and it falls on top of Laurens head. She quickly takes it off before it can stick to her hair, She throws cheese at him making a mess. We all start throwing food. I look at Kenzie and she looks at me.. We look at each other for a minute before she puts tomato sauce on my nose we laugh for while. We carry on with our Pizza food fight for over 15 minutes. We make our Pizza and eat them. We realize what a mess we made and we start cleaning up. "Uh.. I'm just gonna go over on the sofa.." Brandon says slowly backing away to the sofa. "Oh no you don't!" Brynn says grabbing the back of his shirt. "Aww I don't want to clean!" she says folding his arms. "You made most of this mess!" Annie yelled from the cornor cleaning the tomato sauce off the floor. "Fine!" he grabs some rubber gloves and starts with the dishes. We finish up cleaning kitchen and we sit down for a movie. We watch The Hobbit 1 because we all love it and it the only movies that we can all watch tonight. The movie ends and we start playing truth or dare.
