Trial day 2.

Host's POV
This day is going by really slow. Y/N fell asleep in my arms. Darky was debating about the weapons.
         "Okay to settle this matter I want the Weapons be tested for fingerprints! We will continue the trial tomorrow! Court adjourned!" They banged the gavel and got up. Darky and the other lawyer were talking. When I was picking up Y/N Darky and the man ran out.
          "What's up with them?" Asked Light helping me with Y/N.
           "I really don't know...let's just get home..." I said he nodded and picked up Y/N. we walked to the car and went home.

-Darky's POV-
Me and Tod got to the school and looked though the closet. I think Tod is not going to came out any time soon. (🌚) we found Y/N's backpack.
           "So this is Y/N's backpack?" Tod asked. I nodded her backpack was F/C with F/A on. She loves that thing. "Let's see what's in here!" He walked out and headed to my house.

-time skip-
        I ran into the house with Tod behind me. I tipped the chair that Lilly was sitting in and sat in it. Tod sat next to me. Then we opened the backpack.
          "Darky why the Hell?" Lilly asked getting up. Then JG ran in.
          "Darky why did you run in like that?" JG asked I smiled me and Tod started to look though the backpack. "Kay then..." both Lilly and JG took a seat at the table. We took out a lot of stuff from Y/N's backpack. Books, schools stuff, a iPad, and a picture of Bonnie, Host, and Y/N. nothing really that good but the iPad.  
           "So just school stuff...wait a minute what is this?" Tod picked up something.
           "Jackpot! We got what we need for tomorrow!" I said jumping up and down.

-the next day-
Host's Pov
            "I'm telling you! I don't want to fight for a girl that I know is Guilty!" Said the other Lawyer. "I know that Y/N will win this fight!" He said. Skyler's dad looked really mad.
"But you can't switch sides!" Said the judge. "Well...unless you have evidence that can prove that Y/N is innocent!" The judge said.
"Then I Call Hist to the stands!" Said The other lawyer pointing to me. My hart stoped.

~small time skip~
            "So your telling me Host...that Y/N had powers?" Asked the lawyer. I nodded. "Dose she still have them?" I sighed.
            Knew it...said Dark
            Dark....I can't tell them why she has no powers! What you and Light did is Khalid for child abuse! I said looking at him.
             Just tell them why we had to... hopefully they'll understand! Dark said I nodded.
        "Host! Can you tell us dose Y/N still have powers?" Asked the lawyer.
        "No...it's a really long story.." I said he looked at me.
         "We can stay here all day if we have to!" He said I nodded.
         "We didn't know that she had powers until her 6th birthday...that is dangerous for a kid... regular demons develop power when they are 3 or 4.... and because Y/N got her power at 6... they started to..."
          "They started to do what?" He asked with soft eyes.
           "Take away her life Force. Almost killing her...she would be in pain for week almost months because of it... we called it power hungry. None of us liked seeing this... unable to help her. Then one day... it got so bad...that it changed her entire immune system..." I said trying to hold back tears. "She got sicker and sicker... until... by doctors  his permission... to take away her power for good..." I said the whole courtroom was silence. Only Y/N's beating hart was heard. No one even dared to speak.
          "That's it for today's trial. Mr. Tod you can are on the other side now... Mr. Jason you have to fined a new lawyer... I'm sorry.. court adjourned!" And with that all of us left. On the car ride home no one even talked. Remembering that time was horrible. We couldn't do anything for Y/N. what type of father was I?
