It was 12:30 and the girls and I were baking some sweets while Nick was cleaning up around the house
"How are my little bakers doing?" Nick asks as he walks up from behind me, kissing my cheek and the top of the girls' heads
"Good daddy!" Amanda says "I don't like it" Olivia says "would you rather paint sweetie??" I ask Olivia, she nods
Nick goes and grabs some paper and the paint and puts something over Olivia's clothes so they don't get ruined.
"Thank you daddy" she says "no problem sweetheart. Paint me lots of pretty pictures" he says with a smile.
While Olivia paints, Amanda and I continue baking and making a huge mess "I want to bake all the time mommy" Amanda says
"Well we will definitely try and bake more often then" I say to her, giving her a kiss on the head. Once we are finished mixing all the dough together and put it in the cupcake holders we put it in the oven
After dinner we all have some cupcakes and milk before it was time for bed "mm mm mm these are good!!" Olivia says
"Yes they are liv, you did a great job Amanda" I say, she smiles proudly as she finishes her cupcake.
Once we are finished with dinner we get the girls ready for bed and tuck them in.
