Damian had taken her blade away, which was the one thing she relied on the most. Until she realized that she didn't need to rely on it. She had more options than a small blade. She had knifes, swords and her boyfriends batarangs. Over the course of her Harry Potter obsession she had collected a few pins. Pins had a sharp end on them, so she might as well use it to her advantage.Damian knocked on his girlfriends door, "Angel, are you willing to take Titus on a walk with me?" He had his dark puppy cradled in his arms. "Not right now Dame.." She wanted to go, but her urges were getting the best of her. "Okay, I'll be back soon." He sighed before leaving. Raven searched around her room for the pin. And when she found it a solemn smile appeared on her face.
What a beautiful sight, is it not? Seeing you destroy your own body so I don't have to. Good work daughter. You're finally useful for once in your meaningless life.
Her father harassed her mind. Tears unwillingly cascading from her amethyst eyes. The pin made several skinny and red and burning lines. They stood out tremendously on her pale skin. Trigon laughed in victory at her. She was tearing herself down and wasn't even putting up a fight. She laughed and smiled through her depressing tears.
Her door opened. There stood a stiff Damian and a still hyper Titus. "You're back early." She continued to silently cry. "What did you use?" He demanded her answer. "Tell me." His voice held no sympathy for her. Just the need of knowing how she managed to hurt herself again without her tool. She sniffled and laughed sadly, "Just a pin. I just love my father.. don't you?" Her fake smile faded, replaced by a loud and sad sob. Damian pulled her into his arms. "You need to stop this. It won't get better if you don't put in effort to quit." She backed away from his embrace. His arms still begging for her body back. "What if I don't want to quit? It feels too good to just stop now." Damian rapidly shook his head. His face showing his disbelief. "No..no..don't think like that my love. You don't mean that."
His mind was firmly set on it, "You can't mean that! Please tell me you're lying!" His hands tugged on his ebony hair while he tried to steady his breath. Titus jumped up onto his two back paws, resting his front on Damian's leg. The dogs tail no longer wagged for he sensed his owners uneasiness. Raven bent down and picked up the dog. Setting him on her bed she sat down at the foot of her bed. Titus was at the head trying to find a pillow to sleep on.
"Dame.." He immediately have his attention to her. "Yes princess? What is it? What's wrong?" He asked her as if she was in labor with his child. A single tear escaped her eye as his hands held hers. "Hold me?"
His body pulled hers so close they might be able to merge together. He rocked her slowly hoping she'd drift off to sleep to give him time to cry out his own frustrations.
