Delphine's POV

I was awoken in the middle of the night to the sound of something crashing into the garden in my backyard. More curious than frightened, I quietly slipped out of bed, opened the curtains and threw open the window to investigate. In the darkness, I could just make out a rectangular shape lying in what was once my mother's old purple irises. I pushed my messy ginger hair out of my face and pulled the window closed. I rushed over to my chest of drawers, grabbed my flashlight and carefully opened my bedroom door, making sure my brothers weren't home. Once I was sure I was alone, I crept down the pitch-black hallway towards the stairs. I grabbed the banister and quickly but silently made my way down the stairs. I walked down the corridor and carefully made my way to the kitchen. Stopping at the back door, I pushed the beaded curtain aside. There it was, a great blue rectangular box with flashing lights. Curiosity burning, I turned the back door key in the lock and stepped cautiously out onto the patio. Turning on the flashlight, I watched as a figure emerged from the rectangular object which was buried in broken planks of wood. He pulled a buzzing and glowing object out of his jacket pocket and scanned the wreckage. It made a clicking sound and the figure slipped it back in their pocket, murmuring to themselves. I shivered in the cold as they walked around my back garden. All of a sudden, he turns to me, probably following the beam of light from my flashlight. The figure, who I was now guessing was a really tall man with long hair, looked in my direction and made his way over the wet grass. The person, now smiling kindly, stopped right next to me and leaned over coming to my level.

"Hello there, who are you?" a perky voice asked. I slowly looked up and realized he looked... different. Not scary, but still mysterious. Drawing up a scared face, I gasped and replied, "I could ask you the same thing! First, you land in my garden, ruin my mommy's irises and now you scared the heebie-jeebies out of me!" I yelled out, using a word that Dean had used before. If Dean said it, that meant it was a smart word, because Dean is really smart. I watched as the tall guy frowned, making him look quite guilty. He ran his hands through his messy dark hair and said, "I'm so sorry if I scared you, but it seems as if I've crash landed into your garden!" I peeked next to him and looked at the box. "Are you an alien? If you are, then can I see your spaceship?" I asked, making The Doctor look totally confused. "People don't usually accept facts like these so quickly," He said as I yawned and rubbed my eyes as the man looked lost in thought. "I'm not like everyone," I said making him smile. "That's what Dean said, he says I'm special," I said as The Doctor smiled at me. "That you are, oh! Tell me would you happen to have any tea, errr..." He asked. "Delphine, Delphine Jasper Winchester," I finished his sentence. "If I let you have my tea, will you show me more cool things?" I ask, looking at him questioningly. He stood still for a minute, probably surprised. "Sure, I'm guessing you already saw my sonic" he replied, pulling out his flashy pen. "And not to mention, my broken spaceship," He says, gesturing to the box. Taking that as a sign of peace and agreement, I shrugged and nodded. "Fine then, come in. We don't have to be quiet, no one's at home," I say, walking towards the back door, lifting my feet up high so that they wouldn't get wet in the dewy grass.

"What's a small girl like you doing alone at home at this hour?!" He asked befuddled as I pushed open the back door. "I live with my brothers, both who are teenagers," I said, making a face that screamed eww. "Well, Miss Winchester, that I can agree with, teenagers are not cool. Bowties are and so is ginger hair, which you are rocking! How old are you?" He asks, jumping from one thing to the other. I step into the tiny kitchen first, followed by the guy, closing the door behind me. "I'm six and three quarters," I said as I counted it out and showed him on my fingers. "Wow," He said. "So, born in 2000, what's my name you ask?" I froze, realizing I didn't even know his name. "It's the Doctor, Just the Doctor," he says, still walking in circles. "Well, Doctor, which kind of tea?," I ask, climbing onto the countertop and getting mugs out of the cupboard. I make sure not to touch Sam or Dean's and get my NASA one along with another spare one. "We have pomegranate, green tea and this," I say, trying to show him all the different boxes. "I can't say that one, but it's my favorite." The Doctor smiles in understanding as he comes over to look at the tea. "You like Oolong?" He said, reading from the cover. I nod as I point to the kettle. "I'm not allowed," I say as he laughed and pulled my cheeks saying something about being the cutest thing ever. I watched carefully as he pours the hot water into the cups. "Well, let's both have ourselves some Oolong tea then," He says, helping me down and handing me a cup.
