"What the fuck are you doing?" Normally she detested cursing, but this was something unbelievable.

After the bell had woken her up from her nap, Jean had fallen back asleep for about a good two hours. Her parents probably figured that she was either out with friends or doing homework in the library.

She decided to take a short cut that cut down walking time and cut through the parking lot. Where she was now.

And also where Josh Smith and some skank were so intensely making out in his truck that it looked like they were going to jump eachother's bones.

Josh's eyes flew wide open, and then a grin spread across his face. "Like what he see?" He gestured to his messy appearance while leaning out of the drivers window. The girl was leaning around him, peering down at Jean with a look of hate in her eyes.

Please. Like I'm any competition to you. The fact that this girl was giving her a dirty look was freaking hilarious.

Jean snorted, "Don't flatter yourself. Why don't you two have some decency and oh I don't... Get a room?" She glared at them. PDA was just not ok. Sure there were times that it was absolutely adorable and made onlookers' knees weak and wishing they had that in their lives, but getting to the point of making out to where it was about to turn into sex is just disgusting.

"Only if it's with you." He winked at her, making her just about lose her temper, which on a normal basis she never lost.

"Oh you are such a manwhore." Which was true because even though he had been pretty nice to her, Josh was still a playboy that loved booty calls. He was one of those guys that would make out and then take out. Meaning they would hook up with someone and never talk to them ever again unless their hormones were raging.

He looked at her and narrowed his eyes as his jaw clenched in anger, "Hey, there's no need to be calling people names, bitch."

Whoa, okay. Ouch. That was not neccessary!

Jean looked at him and then shook her head, walking away.

The nerve of some people is just amazing. Guys have no respect nowadays. And a very short temper.

She could have sworn as she exited the parking lot, she heard a the word shit being yelled. Then a car door slammed and a whiny voice was saying something.

Jean shrugged her shoulders, shifting her bag so that it was more comfortable on her shoulder and put her earbuds in.

"That was a turn of events..." She muttered to herself looking at the ground. It kind of hurt being called a bitch because she had never lashed out at someone like that.

Hearing the screech of tires on asphalt made her look back to see the most terrifying thing she had ever seen before. Josh had whipped out of the parking lot that was a few yards behind her and was speeding towards her with his truck.

She busied herself with her phone and so she texted her mom saying that she'd be home in around 30 minutes, as she texted this a feeling of anxiety started filling her. The truck rolled to calm crawl next to her, but she didn't dare glance at it.

"Hey! I'm sorry for what I said back there! I didn't mean it! I sometimes lose my temper easily!" He shouted at her over the noise of his engine.

Continuing to ignore him, she walked faster. But then he did something incredibly stupid; pressing on the gas he sped a little ways in front of her and hopped the curb; blocking her path.

Hopped the fucking curb.

With his damn monstrosity of a truck.

Josh opened the truck door and hopped out, looking at her.
