The Story of Dani

Football Championship

-Locker Room-

The football team is sitting in the locker room we are waiting for the coach. Coach Beiste comes into the locker room.

Coach Beiste: All right this it guys this is the championship game this is the game that we have been waiting for I want you guys to go out there and do the best that you can. Yell Titians on three. One, Two, Three.

Football Team: Titians!

All of us run out of the locker room and head to the field.

-Football Field-

I look around and see the other team they look big I take a deep breath and let it out. I look over and see Santana she waves at me I wave back.

Finn: All right let’s do this.

The other team gets the ball first so our defense goes out first. I hear the crowd yelling “Defense” I look over and see Santana, Quinn, and Brittany waving their pom-poms I turn back around its fourth down so the other team is punting. Before I know it is the fourth quarter if we get a touchdown we will win. We are huddled together I’m kind of soar because of all the hits I’m taking.

Finn: How you doing Dani?

Dani: I’m doing all right.

Finn: I want you to get open Dani and once you have the ball run as fast as you can.

Dani: Got it.

Finn: Ready…

Football Team: Break!

We get into position Finn says hike I run and get open Finn tosses me the ball I catch it and spin to avoid the tackler I run I move to the right to avoid another tackle another person comes at me I run pass them and get tackled I reach out with ball the whistle blows an I hear the crowd go wild.

Announcer: And the Titians win the Titians win.

I get helped up and I get patted on the back by the teammates Santana runs up to me and hugs me I pick her up and spin her around. I get lifted up by the teammates the ball gets tossed to me I lift it up in the air and everyone goes crazy. I love this feeling.

-Burt and Carole’s House-

All of us go to the house for a victory party Burt is grilling hamburgers and hotdogs. I’m holding the championship ball and I have an idea. I walk around to all the teammates they all sign the ball.

Dani: Can I have everyone’s attention please?

Everyone looks at me.

Dani: The team and I want to give this ball to Finn.

I toss the ball to Finn and he catches it.

Finn: I’m not the one who made the winning touchdown.

Dani: But you are the quarterback without you I wouldn’t have made that touchdown.

I grab a cup and raise it up.

Dani: To Finn our quarterback.

Everyone: To Finn.

Everyone raises their glasses.

Finn: And to Dani our wide receiver.

Everyone: To Dani.

Finn puts his arm around me I put mine around him. After about two hours everyone leaves except for Santana, Rachel, and Blaine. I’m sitting in between Santana’s legs on the ground she is giving me a shoulder massage. Finn is sitting on a chair he is playing with the football Rachel is sitting on the chair next to his. Kurt and Blaine are sitting on the love seat.
